Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We installed it a few days ago. So far everything is exceeding expectations. Customer Service is one of the best we have encounter through many apps and years using shopify apps. We read some reviews about costs and we were a bit careful, but if you also do your homework and actually read and try to learn how to set up the app, you will find out it is incredibly helpful and you can spend only what you want to spend. Again, customer service is great, so do not hesitate to contact them. We are happy! Special thanks to Kate who was super helpful. She went above and beyond. Also, we recently experienced some troubles with the new Premium account. However we were happy that the technical support was very helpful. Specially James. It was super easy to showcase our reviews. Thank you again.

The customer service is great! I was struggling with adding the code to my theme and they logged in and did it for me. Now everything looks wonderful on my website. I am very happy with the app and customer service. Strongly recommend.

Timely support is very important to us. The app is efficient and Yotpo support team is friendly and helpful, especially Allen M, his prompt support is very much appreciated. I like their all in one app so I don't have to install too many different apps for the different functions also. So far so good. Thanks to the Yotpo customer services for the help.

Super powerful app, and the customer service is great too. Any time I get stuck (I'm a newbie,) the nice folks on the Live Chat fix my issue for me. As a new "solopreneur," the biggest pain point for me has been learning the ins & outs of over a dozen new apps, but it's been a breeze taking on this one! Anne helped me in record time, and Ronel has also been a great help. Thanks!

I've had the app installed for a couple of months and have been really pleased with the ease of use and great customer service. Junalou from Customer Service helped me with a simple issue that I was having trouble with and provided awesome service. Junalou also pointed out another issue that I wasn't even aware of with my review count layout on my website and fixed it for me quickly and professionally! Really pleased with the app and the service!

Customer service with Yotpo is wonderful. Junalou helped me figure out a couple small issues I was having and while doing so noticed I hadn't installed all the functionality of the package I was subscribed to. I few minutes later we had it installed and running great. Thanks Yotpo! UPDATE: Yotpo service continues to impress. I have contacted them several times recently and each time the problems are dealt with quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. Everything to formatting tweaks to ideas for new functionality. I am currently running 3 Yotpo Apps (Reviews, subscriptions, and loyalty). Couldn't be happier.
