Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Good tool. The free version is enough for what I need for now.

Great app! I love how it's so easy to collect reviews! Pauline from Yotpo was a tremendous help to me!

Have to say Yotpo is truly our best on site app.. I believe the customers like/read/trust the reviews. Their customer service is top notch, I actually just submitted a ticket on a minor issue, and Gary wrote me back on a Sunday morning, and is handling it now. The ease of customizing the after purchase emails is fantastic, any idiot can do it... i am proof. The free service is great i am sure, but the premium is so worth it. They really are fantastic. Ron

This app offers a heck of a lot of great features for the low price of free. I am just getting started but I can see the value in their premium features and will likely be upgrading in the future. I've done lots of research and been reading the Shopify blogs and one thing that many of the successful stores have in common is their use of Yotpo.

Yotpo has become a major part of our day to day customer engagement strategy. I love that new features are constantly being added. They are growing with their customers and engaging more of our customers than we could have imagined. The cost is high for a business of our size, but I think after a year or so we will see the results of peer to peer reviews.

Very user friendly and exactly what I need for my website!

It is easy to install and set up, and has thus far fetched us quite a few reviews. I wish the free version was a little more versatile or the paid versions cheaper, but I am pleased with the app and how it performs. I recommend to anyone looking for reviews within their site. Support for Yotpo is also excellent, after updating our site and losing the install, Justine fixed us right up and had back up and reviewing in no time. Highly recommend.

I love the Yotpo review app! It has been very helpful for my business. It's easy to use and we are effortlessly collecting a ton of reviews. Thanks Yotpo! Please check out my cool & meaningful multicultural online store. www.MixedNationStore.com

Yotpo is a mission critical application for my shop. We love this product! I still miss a reviews feed so i could integrate with other sites.

This app is works really well. I got fantastic genuine reviews from customers which are easily share on facebook and twitter. The support is fantastic as well. Every time one of my customers write in a review about not receiving their order, I get a personal email to flag me to it and I am not even on their paid service yet.

A must have app for any e-commerce business, we use Yotpo across all 4 of our stores. GREAT APP!

Easy integration .. using free version and Very Happy with it!

Excellent tool. Simple seamless integration, and configuration. Easy to use, and it gets easier to use every day, with so many excellent new features.

We've been using Yotpo since we started our store & have quite a few reviews now. We can say all we want about our products but reviews from genuine customers are extra reassuring. We have also made sales from the after sale emails. Thanks guys!

Yotpo is great, these reviews add credibility to the product and are helping us massively

Manny, the customer service representative I chatted with was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions quickly and accurately!

This is super awesome! Love this app. Gives our customer's the chance to tell other's more about our products than just taking our word for it.

I used Yotpo when I was on Godaddy and loved how easy it was to work with. Shopify is a little tougher to get a handle on for me. Yotpo stepped in an did all my work. For someone who spends a lot of time with computer work, but is not adept, this was heavenly for me! I ask crazy questions and get response and fixes quickly! I think the ratings really help sales too!

We are very happy with Yotpo tech support. I had a convoluted problem to resolve but Michele with tech support was very patient and thorough and helped to a successful resolution. Thank you! Update - I was in need of support again and Caroline did a splendid job in locating and resolving the problem for me. Yotpo does make a major difference in the success of my store. Thank You!

Excellent product that works on the shopify platform very smoothly. Yotpo dynamic retargeting ads for Facebook is a very impressive product offering that I don't see with any other reviews aggregator.
