Yotpo has been the only way we've been able to get reviews. I love the rich snippets integration too. Definitely one of the first apps I would install if I was starting another shopify store.

I would definitely recommend using Yotpo to effortlessly grow your e-comm business. It makes a huge difference to our sales when reviews are posted on our social platforms. Another plus is the great support we get when we ask a question or need any info or advice.

Excellent application, even in free mode. Does exactly what it should do - you can adjust when it will ask your customers to write a review, you will have control over what is published and what is now. Easy integration in Shopify platform. Great customer service too.

So simple to integrate and the customisation allows for you to theme everything to match your site. The amount of reviews I'm getting has increased massively. Can't recommend it enough!

Great service, easy to use. I'm benefiting a lot even with the free version! My only complaint is that the better features are really expensive- there really isn't a middle ground on the price point. However, I am sure people can get a lot of value from it and generate a lot of new business. The customer support helped me solve my issue, but it would also be nice if they had phone support.

We started out with the basic version of the YotPo app and upgraded to premium after a couple of months once we realized how powerful the reviews are. The automation is excellent. The only downside is that to use ALL of the features we would have to upgrade our plan yet again.
