Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We've switched from the Shopify Reviews App to Yotpo and the reviews are just pouring in! We haven't even upgraded to the premium yet and already we are satisfied with what this app has to offer for free accounts. Absolutely love it!

We've been using Yotpo for a couple of weeks now and so far it has been great! We haven't had enough time to see if it's increased conversions but watching the reviews (thankfully good ones!) come in has been really fun to watch! I would definitely recommend this app!

So far in terms of working and basic functionality the app has been great. My only issue really is what other users mentioned, the price to add any of the really good features is unrealistic for most small businesses, and the jump from $25 to $399 is a little steep, but in terms of how it works, the app has definitely been good.

Very happy with this app! Re-did our site theme and incorporated Yotpo, in the first 72 hours we generated nearly 30 reviews and identified a few customer service issues we were not aware of. Fast customer support, too!

Definitely noticing increased sales from adding reviews to our products! Also we are using heatmaps and the data is confirming that our visitors are paying close attention to these reviews.

By far the most useful app I have in place. Certified customer site and product specific reviews have added credibility and trust to the site. Yotpo has allowed me to respond to unsatisfied customers and turn them into loyal customers. I have been using Yotpo for over a year and the continual improvements and added features are impressive. This app is, in my opinion, essential for growing your online reputation and business..

I have been using Yotpo for over a year on my Volusion shopping cart site. I was extremely please to see that they where also working with Shopify. Now that they are approved with Google to supply Star Ratings - I can not see how any site that is serious about their marketing and getting more orders would use anything but Yotpo. Their service is fantastic.

This is one of those apps that has just worked! We have tried many apps over the past few months and none has given us the return on our effort and investment like Yotpo! If you own an online shop then this is essential.

This app was super easy to integrate and works exactly as described. I know we are building customer shopping confidence by allowing reviews on our site. I also like how our customers can review their purchases directly in the email they receive. We are very happy and definitely recommend it as one of your must have apps for your store!

Great app, lots of functionality, also in the free version. Great to have this interactivity thanks to yotpo. Easy installation, reviews from the widget or from mails. it's great to be able to sell after sales emails to ask for reviews (though i was suprised that the first time, yotpo sent emails like that to ALL customers,whether they accepted marketing or not. tricky). Also, coupon codes should be made valid for just one use only, otherwise they get reused all the time.

Highly recommended app! This app is so easy to use and we have already gotten several reviews from it. Easy customization to fit your store and installation was super easy. This is definitely a must have for every store.

I looked at a lot of review apps when we signed up with Shopify, but none of them come close to the features of Yotpo. Don't waste your time trying the others...Yotpo is awesome!
