We love this app, very easy to use and with many features. The notifications are very useful and keep me on track. The customer service Rhenant is also excellent and always there to help if I have any questions.

Love this app. Incredibly easy to install :) We are also very happy with the technical support we receive from Yotpo team! They have been timely and courteous in response to our customization requests. Keep up the great work! - UPDATE: Still going strong with Yopto. The support team has been incredibly responsive and we're VERY appreciative of their support!!!

Yotpo is an incredible app. Before using Yotpo, our site's order confirmation email asked customers to provide a review. That didn't work so well. After switching to Yotpo, reviews now come in weekly instead of monthly (if that). That's pretty good given our order volume. It makes a huge difference for customers if they can just conveniently write their review within the follow-up email vs having to return to the site and find the product page. And it's extremely convenient for me as a site owner because everything is automated. Great job guys! EDIT: Oh, and how could I forget? Excellent customer service!

Fabulous support, fabulous functionality, fabulous results. Went from free program to the premium & love the new features & ratings on Google with the paid service. Helps support our credibility. It keeps you engaged with your customers & shows you really care to hear their voice!

Really excellent app. Far more versatile than the standard review apps. We're only using the basic plan currently, but I see us upgrading in the future to take advantage of all the great features YotPo has to offer!

We have mixed feeling about it. It's really good in getting reviews but the pricing model is unfair. We only wanted a plan with 100 orders per month but then discovered that only the premium plan will show the reviews on Google Product Listing. This is really not cool. The reviews belong to us and you can't force people to upgrade just so you won't block their reviews from showing in Google Shopping.

Loving this app so far. Will definitely consider upgrading when we can . Easy install and we started getting great reviews straight away. Thanks Yotpo from all the team at Pethaus.

I can't believe that I didn't start this sooner. I love the ease of use and the reviews that are coming in to my site. If you are on the fence about setting up this review system... I highly recommend you don't wait. I imagine I could have received more social proof if I would have started using this sytem sooner.

This is our favorite independent review app on the Shopify apps marketplace. This app automates the review process and makes things extremely easy for us to collect Third-Party independent reviews from customers automatically.

This app is an absolute nightmare. No support. Nothing ever stays - constant updates that don't transfer. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS REVIEW APP. You will regret it. UPDATED 6 Months Later: If I could give YOTPO MINUS 100 Stars for customer service I would. There is no customer service. In fact, there seems to be a definite pattern here. You open a support request and they then close it so that SHOPIFY thinks it's been resolved when in fact, they have done absolutely nothing. Even if they commit to doing something, they don't follow through. You open another one and the same thing happens. It's absolutely unbelievable. This App should be immediately removed from SHOPIFY. And, Shopify should care a lot more about this than it appears they do. Store owners should not be subjected to this non-support. It's hard to even call it nonsupport since they actively work against everything you do which has a negative impact on your store and business. This needs to be investigated. 6 Months ago-I have now made 15 support requests with no help from this app. It should not be on Shopify. It needs to be removed. DO NOT use this app as you will have NOTHING but problems with no support whatsoever.
