An amazing app that keeps you connected with customers and best of all lets your customers show you some love! I had no idea how many people actually really loved what we do. It's inspirational and does wonders for work morale. I am so much happier coming to work and reading reviews to start off my day. GET THIS APP.

Back into early this year, we switched from another review app to Yotpo. Everything is wonderful and smooth. We just wished that the review stars can show up in the collection page before entering product page. But we have seen Yotpo team working diligently to improve their app and adding more functions over the course of this year. Last weekend we found that Yotpo added code that you can add review stars and we quickly pasted to our codes to show star rating but we failed. We emailed Yotpo on Sunday and got response from Lucy on Morning and Tuesday morning everything is fixed and in place and the review stars show on our collection view nicely. Thanks for a timely and great job! Besides the start rating, we found that the Yotpo added coupon promotion in emails sent out to customers. And lots of other thoughtful features are added this year. Very happy to switch Yotpo. Great job you have done!

Very good app if a touch slow at the dashboard (not on our site) but that might just be down to scaling issues. I'd recommend this app to any Shopify store owner.

Just moved my business/cart over to Shopify. Having customer product reviews and testimonials is very important. The app was very easy to install and get up and running. Now I'm just waiting on my first review. :)

We LOVE Yotpo!! It is so fantastic to let our customers share their knowledge of the products they've received, because we sell to a community of babywearers who value each others opinions greatly (as do we). It's also a nice perk when a positive review of our store gives us a pat on the back we might not receive if we didn't have the store review feature. Thank you, Yotpo!

I installed this app because I know how powerful customer reviews can be. I was nervous because I started out with 0 reviews. I thought it would look bad on our store. I installed this app on my store that sells groomsmen gifts and was blow away at how simple and powerful it is. In the past I emailed customers and asked them for reviews that we could use for our testimonials page, which was a lot of work. Yopto does this automatically for you, and within a week of installing they had help ed me get 13 great reviews on our groomsmen gifts. It was simple and free, so its hard to beat that. They have a few paid features which I'm thinking about purchasing, but I haven't bought them yet.

This app is just what I needed. Added to little-windows.com, so easy to set up and use, and having my customers feedback flow to me this way simplifies my life, and keeps me motivated. The auto-smart-post to Facebook saves me time too. Love it, love it, love it!

Yotpo is AWESOME. We have tried a few review apps before and didn't really get much traction. The way Yotpo allows customers to review their purchase directly from their email which is so easy to do you'll be getting reviews before you know it. One of the best App's we've used, and we can't believe its free!

The Application itself is amazing. We had a five star review up before they decided they really wanted to get greedy. The guy who helped us set it up was super helpful and did everything we wanted. The issue we had was the gigantic price increase. We were paying 9,000 dollars a year for the program, which is more than any other program we have by 2x, and this year after renewal they contacted us saying they wanted 14,000 this year. A 5,000 dollar increase from the year before. The guy who pitched it to me was a complete car salesman type and really just makes you feel like a victim of the deal. "Well our program is worth it. O our guy didn't say this was a promotional yearly discount?" I have 0 apps in my store that change their pricing. Even shopify doesn't change their pricing when you go month to month. It is a very shady and sad business tactic and I remember seeing a lot of 1 star reviews on here regarding it and now they are 5 again. I am not sure what that is about but here we are.

I installed this app on my www.inlinefabrication.com website. At first I didn't like it because it took up too much room at the bottom of the page, and I was going to remove it. But we were able to re-size it a bit and change the color to blend in and smooth the page flow. Nowadays, I enjoy the app and value the feedback and thoughts it collects from customers. Good App.

ok, but for the price, the support is not all that helpful. can be glitchy for customers to use - and as we know, if it's too hard, customers give up trying to post a review.
