Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I installed this app on my store that sells groomsmen gifts and was blow away at how simple and powerful it is. In the past I emailed customers and asked them for reviews that we could use for our testimonials page, which was a lot of work. Yopto does this automatically for you, and within a week of installing they had help ed me get 13 great reviews on our groomsmen gifts. It was simple and free, so its hard to beat that. They have a few paid features which I'm thinking about purchasing, but I haven't bought them yet.

This app is just what I needed. Added to little-windows.com, so easy to set up and use, and having my customers feedback flow to me this way simplifies my life, and keeps me motivated. The auto-smart-post to Facebook saves me time too. Love it, love it, love it!

Yotpo is AWESOME. We have tried a few review apps before and didn't really get much traction. The way Yotpo allows customers to review their purchase directly from their email which is so easy to do you'll be getting reviews before you know it. One of the best App's we've used, and we can't believe its free!

I installed this app on my www.inlinefabrication.com website. At first I didn't like it because it took up too much room at the bottom of the page, and I was going to remove it. But we were able to re-size it a bit and change the color to blend in and smooth the page flow. Nowadays, I enjoy the app and value the feedback and thoughts it collects from customers. Good App.

Quality app, the free option seems fine for a small business. Just waiting for the reviews to roll in now!

This app is amazing for being free, I just didn't appreciate the headache it gave me while I was trying to figure out how to use it. I didn't expect it to e-mail every customer who has ever bought items from us ever, I thought that was a little ridiculous. I didn't even know this app was going to e-mail customers, or send me over 100 e-mails in 2 days. The app is very vague on explaining how it works until things happen, like posting on our Facebook Page and the large widget at the bottom of product pages. I am also disappointed on how I can't easily find out enough information about a customer to contact them if they have a question. The interface has some glitches. Like the navigation buttons magically disappear when I am looking at the list or reviews if I go to publish or unpublish a review.

This app was what my store needed. Delivers exactly as advertised - seamless set up, no problems afterwards, and integration with social was a real charm. Enabled customers to show their appreciation for our great fossils and minerals, and their satisfaction with our service. Highly recommended!
