Update review. Our reviews were duplicated when the Yotpo team imported our reviews from Stamped, and they don't have an easy way to hide duplicate reviews. Also, instead of sending reviews for orders as they came in - Yotpo's system retroactively sent emails for older orders (from six months ago) and used up all of our order limits for the month in one shot.

I’ve been testing the free plan and ran into an issue. Jorge (online chat) was quick to respond and solved my problem right away. I love the aesthetic on my website and look forward to using other Yotpo products.

Yotpo has a lot to offer and a pretty good range of price/functionality/etc. The support is what makes them stand out! I always get a quick response and, unlike with most softwares, the agents don't just send you an article but they get in your account and fix things for you. That's what Doner did for me recently and I appreciated it so much!

I have to say, the help I received today was fast and extremely efficient. Rhenant T helped me. Didn't know exactly how to implement what I was asking. Did some quick research and accomplished exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Yotpo product ratings don't appear on our search/collections pages, nor can we add our email address as the sender email. We haven't received the verification email to confirm it, and Yotpo's support right now is non-existent. Expect to wait multiple days for a reply, only to be disappointed when they send back the same canned response. For how much they charge, the support should be far better, and I think we're going to look for something else.

I have been using this app for over 6 months. It's very user friendly and the support is quick. Special shout out to Ruzsel J for helping fix my widget issue. It literally only took 10-15 min from request to resolution. Highly Recommend.

Rhenant is fantastic. I was very frustrated trying to add the carousel to my website and through chat Rhenant did it in a matter of seconds. I added him as a collaborator and once he was on my website he changed my widgets to a beautiful blue and added the carousel. Such a great service. Everything I asked him to do was done in no time. It is very comforting to know that if i need help again and I sure I will when I upgrade my plan that someone like Rhenant (a real person is there to help me). My star rating is 100 not just 5. thanks Rhenant

Excellent support from Angelo to plug in Yotpo Referrals as part of our regular plan. We had been paying through the nose for Referral Candy now we have something as good if not better without any additional charges to our plan. Angelo in support was patient and we had a great screen share meeting to activate everything. Yotpo is more than a review plaform. Explore their functionality. We are lifetime users of this platform.

Good app! I would love if they would ask the client in which language they want to communicate so they can have the choice. My clients are mostly English but I do have some French speakers too.

We're a French brand and the application is mainly in English, so we're not giving it 5 stars because we can't make the most of our time on this application. However, the application is very good, easy to use in operational terms and the customer support team is very relevant and efficient in its responses. That's why we like this application despite the language barrier, because we get answers easily with the online chat.
