Yotpo: Product Reviews App

excelente soporte quería importar mis reseñas de mi sitio anterior y me ayudaron. Responden rápido y muy buena app para reseñas. Tengo muchos años usándola. La recomiendo.

I just installed the app recently, and I had a bit of trouble setting it up. However, Ruzsel J, was extremely helpful and fixed my concerns in less than 5 mins. Very proactive customer support.

Daniel was very helpful and addressed my request professionally and was super quick in getting everything set up the way I wanted it. 5stars!!

The app does what I need it to do at this point. My store is very very young and the free portion works good for what I need. But I had a demo call with Gal Baum and he really helped out a lot by walking through the app step by step with me, and going over all the features. Very professional, very thorough, and understood exactly what to do for my needs.

I installed Yotpo thinking I'd set it up later the next day. When I got to it the next morning I found it had already emailed review requests to my subscribers without my knowing. I lost a handful of subscribers because I didn't even get to brand the emails going out or manage the communication. And there's no way of pausing it other than uninstalling the app, which takes 48 hours for Yotpo to get around to doing.

Großartiger Support! Mein Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. So einen Kundenservice wünscht man sich! Sehr zu empfehlen. Darüber hinaus bin ich mit der App ebenfalls sehr zufrieden.

Customer service was super helpful and went above and beyond from the jump to help resolve the issue. It took a while to reach someone, but once I did it was great. The wait time in the queue I assume is because of Shopify removing it's Product Reviews App.
