Update: I recently had an issue with an incorrect review posted by a customer. After I resolve the matter with the customer, it was initially hard to get it resolved on Yotpo. I had to get in touch with a member of the support team. Fortunately, Reymon N. Was extremely helpful. Once again he went above and beyond, and got the matter resolved beautifully. —- Yotpo's support person Rhenant went way above & beyond to help me with installation of the widget on Shopify, which was otherwise pretty confusing to me. Rhenant really stuck with me and went the extra mile, giving me exactly what I neede and more than I expected in terms of help. Rhenant is great!

It works correctly, but the appearance according to website is hard to find

Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!

** edited 21/2/24 ** After my previous 1* review the team actually reached out to me, arranged a video call where my concerns were heard and my issue was pretty much resolved instantly. It took a few tweaks but they were on hand once they saw my review. Im marking as a 4* simply based on our start to business, but overall its been okay since. If you dont get a response reach out via other methods ------------- POOR! Integration was absolutely shocking, the background colour of the widget remained orange even when selecting white, and it bled into my full theme causing the full product page to go orange. Alignment of items on the widget failed causing stuff to go all over the place contacted support who failed to respond after a week - sent a chaser email and 5 further days later no reply. Avoid at all costs!
