Support did an amazing job helping us out with a problem integrating with our custom theme. Gabriel S did a great job and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the technical ability to fix it on the spot. Great work!

They immediately fixed the issue when I pointed out that the review tag was broken. Additionally, they went above and beyond to resolve other problems as well. I never imagined such an experience was possible through chat. It was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I sincerely hope that one day it will be available in Japanese.

Quite pleased with Yotpo, have been using them for over a year now - the Review mechanism works like a charm, great UI and easy to understand. Haven't had to contact Support much at all, but when I did, they replied right away and were helpful. Highly recommend!

no dynamic coupon codes unless you pay big bucks. this used to be available for an inexpensive monthly fee years ago. not worth the price they charge now to have this feature. And with out dynamic coupon codes, it is no better than any other review platform app available today. YOTPO will likely be on the chopping block for us down the road...

Dynamic coupon is currently not part of your package, however, we have submitted a feature request to our products team for consideration.

Recently I migrated my reviews app from shopper approved to yotpo. There was significant costs savings involved plus yotpo has a lot more features available to help me collect more reviews from my customers (SMS, email, loyalty points) the onboarding process was very easy. I received very fast service from yotpo support chat (Doner P) to guide me through any issues I had in the process. I downloaded all the site and product reviews from my previous platform and uploaded them to yotpo so I was able to retain all the reviews I have built up over the years. I'll follow up again in the future to provide a review update when I can verify that google is receiving all my product and site reviews correctly.

Great app, but the service is amazing. I'm on the free plan and I deal with a human (not bot) and they always fix it promptly! Last time "Ruzsel J" helped me. Highly recommend!
