we want to put review rating at our "all review page", but yotpo doesnt have this feature, what a pity. customer service team John was trying to help us, thank you. looking forward to new features.

Yotpo has been very kind to us and given exceptional customer service. They provide a strong product and I have been subscribed for years now. I particularly want to highlight Allen M for his kind customer service and helping us to rectify our issue. Update 02/06/2023, Yotpo continues to provide great customer service, in particular Nicole L was able to handle my inquiry very quickly and satisfactory. Highly recommend.

Had a chat with Allen M. regarding duplicate stores and an upgrade issue do to this. Very helpful support, Allen got it all straightened out in a few minutes. Yotpo is highly recommended in my books, thanks a lot! Spoke to John G on June 5th, 6th and 8th and he was very professional and eager to help and provide a solution. Must say he was fantastic!!! Thank you John G!!

I have been using Yotpo app for quite some time and for a small business it has been so helpful in growth and understanding what customers are liking (or not). Recently, customer service was so helpful when one of my customers caught something in an email for a review and it was a gliche on my doing. James from Yotpo was quick to help me resolve this via the chat and so relieved it was an easy fix.

I've enjoyed using Yotpo! I am still on the free version which sends 50 requests a month but so far so good. The support team also responds really quickly which is super helpful!

The desktop is pretty straight forward to use. We only have the free version, so not sure if there are other features that we are looking for in the paid version but it does the trick! We had an 'human error' for an import of a review, we contacted customer service via the chat option and it was resolved quickly by Simoun. Would recommend this App for anyone looking to have automatic review emails sent out and imported.

Warly S. was extremely patient and helpful. Importing reviews from Yopto to shopify is definitely complicated and not very intuitive! ( just being completely honest here lol ) but Warly S. walked me through each and every step and answered all of my questions with the patience of a saint. Thanks Warly S. !
