Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I am a small business and was looking for an efficient review App, easy to install. I am very happy with the return I am getting from the Yotpo App and the flexibility it offers. Just installed Yotpo app and installed my reviews, but didn't see them on my store. I started a chat to figure out that issue thats when John B came in. Very helpfully from the start to a look at my account a assured me that it can take up to 24hrs to updated and was there for any other questions I might of had. Appreciated John B

This app works well and the customer support team is very helpful. We moved from the free version to a paid version - our onboarding specialist, Lora, was very helpful, proactive and prompt with getting everything set up properly.

Installation is easy, and Ruzsel John form your support team was great with a hiccup we ran into and helped us fix it within a few minutes.
