Support is fantastic, easy to set up. John G is the best! Hopped into the store and fixed an issue within 5 minutes.

John B was helpful when we needed to downgrade our account. Only reason for this change is because our store is closing. I was able to easily dowload the file of all reviews prior to doing so.

Professional and speedy service from John B! Provided me with both text and image instructions to solve the issue.

It's a great app. Incredibly east to install. I'm currently using the Free Plan for my own business but have used the enterprise level plans with my "day job" and have found the level of support to be just as good whether you're paying or not. It's a great app to grow with - and the price points definitely allow you space to grow in these early days when outgoings far exceed the incomings. I had a question just recently about email triggers and Warly S was able to provide me with excellent help and very quickly.

This app and its CS team is awesome. It was my first time with Yotpo and I didn't know how to use it. I even didn't know how to reject my reviews. Then, Ruzsel John helped me a lot. Thanks to him, now I am very happy using this app :) +This is an update to my previous review from August 2023. Excellent Service! Extremely fast response time! I had a minor issue with widgets not displaying exactly where I wanted them, and this issue was resolved straight away thanks to Rhenant and Allen :) Definitely recommend!

This app doesn't load. Its not sending review requests. I cannot export my reviews even. I pay 169 per month for this app and it doesn't even work.

I've stuck with YOTPO because they don't disappoint! I've had to change my themes several times due to errors in the themes and they have helped me so quickly every time to get my reviews installed back in! Thank you all for your hard work!
