Just migrated from another reviews app and the support from Reinier, John B & Doner was really helpful in setting up a star rating widget in the code that I couldn't find as well as successfully importing all our reviews. So far the app is great and has everything I need in the free version to try it out and have just upgraded to the really affordable growth plan.

We're switching from Okendo to Yotpo for our site and are starting with the Growth plan. It's got great features though the best ones like advanced CSS and Klaviyo Integration. My only critique is the lack of customization of the default emails customers get for asking for a review, confirming their email, and etc if you are just on the first paid plan. It's five stars because I've received great customer support from Ronel R. a few times, but also Warly S. and John G. who were helpful, professional, and super friendly! This is a great app so far.

onboarding team worked hard and did as much as they could to help us set up. Reviews are looking better onsite than with Trustpilot.

This is the only totally unusable app I've ever seen. Your app is just a white screen for me. Also, I cannot contact support because it's only in the app. Extremely weird. :)

Excellent service! James from Yotpo helped me get the app installed instantly and it works great! Our theme is heavily customized and I expected it to be difficult, but James had it taken care of immediately.

I noticed our reviews were not publishing to our site even though I could see new reviews coming in through the Yotpo app. I reached out to support and had John G. assist me. He informed me that I had not added the Yotpo widgets and still had our previous reviews app widget active. John was super helpful and prompt with this fix. His help was very much appreciated and saved me a lot of time. He went the extra mile in making my experience as seamless as possible. Thank you, John!

Overall app works pretty well. Had an issue and Doner P fixed it right away for me. Great service! Hopefully it all works properly from here!
