Doner helped me rectify an uncomfortable situation when a customer accidentally left a negative review that she admittedly intended for another store’s product. He was able to override that false review and request a new review directly from the customer. I appreciated Doner’s understanding as I am a small business owner and take all reviews very seriously.

My first time chatting with them. They answered all my questions. Just getting started. I signed up today. Programs work well. 2 Weeks in, I gave them another call. I spoke with Lemuel today for almost 2 hours. Wonderful support. He answered all of my questions. He looked at my screenshots and filled in the blanks where I needed help. He was kind and patient and went above and beyond to help me and my small business. It took a lot of stress off me today. The software is pretty easy to use. I DON'T get frustrated as I have with other programs. Very grateful!

Allen has been very helpful. He's fixing stuff, and it's helpful not to have to hire a developer to do things, like center the stars on our product pages. We've been using Yotpo for 3-4 years, and it's been great.

I’ve been relying on Yotpo as the review platform for my small business for over a decade. I recently switched my online store over to Shopify. One of the things keeping me from doing that was fear of loosing all the reviews I’ve collected over the years. Have no fear - Ronel from Yotpo support walked me through the process of exporting my old reviews, updating the identifiers for the new site (if you have a lot of products an ID export app will help to get a list of the Shopify product IDs which the base backend hides for some reason), and then imported them to the new site for me. The app works flawlessly (I’m using Dawn theme). I did need to edit theme code a bit to get the widgets where I wanted them in the site but Yotpo has clear help guides on how to do so.

I have worked with Yotpo for a decade - such an amazing product and support team. I use them on client after client, and everyone is always happy. FYI if you have the pleasure of working with James C. on their support team, prepare for a great experience! Seriously, stop looking at other apps. Yotpo will never be the cheapest for damn good reason, and you will just end up coming here in a year anyway.
