Have had great support on any issues and really value the app and it's worth to our business!! Reinier went above and beyond to help with a few issues we had on our side and help to fix them! Update! Iv'e had a lot of help moving things on my site and always receive the help I need right away! We recommend the app to anyone looking Another update, we switched to a new theme and needed some help getting everything working for our reviews, carousel and badge widget and the team (especially Kenneth John M) helped me to get it up and running in minutes!! Highly recomend

拡張性もありとても優れたアプリです。 他にも色々試していましたがこちらに統一していこうと思います。 メニューの大半が英語ですが、設定で日本語を選ぶとお客様への表示部分は日本語に切り替わります。 カスタマーセンターも非常にチャット対応が早く的確な答えが返って来るので安心しました。 プラン的にもかなり柔軟で始めやすいです。 ガンガン活用していこうと思います。 追記 レビュー上でカスタマーの名前が本名で表示される仕様であり、お客様からニックネームに変えてほしいとの連絡がありました。 やり方がわからずチャットで問い合わせた所すぐに対応してくれて非常に助かりました。 ただこの仕様は設定上変えられないということで日本のユーザーには合わないかもしれません。。。

So I've had Yotpo for Over two years now. I've been using their SMSBump app for text and email marketing. I finally decided to add their customer reviews app. Their directions were so simplified that I was able to add a section and get things setup on my store within 5 minutes. I'm so grateful for this app. Thanks!
