Have had great support on any issues and really value the app and it's worth to our business!! Reinier went above and beyond to help with a few issues we had on our side and help to fix them! Update! Iv'e had a lot of help moving things on my site and always receive the help I need right away! We recommend the app to anyone looking Another update, we switched to a new theme and needed some help getting everything working for our reviews, carousel and badge widget and the team (especially Kenneth John M) helped me to get it up and running in minutes!! Highly recomend Update Oct 2025 App is still working great and still amazign support!!!!

So I've had Yotpo for Over two years now. I've been using their SMSBump app for text and email marketing. I finally decided to add their customer reviews app. Their directions were so simplified that I was able to add a section and get things setup on my store within 5 minutes. I'm so grateful for this app. Thanks!

Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.

Wow I can't believe how long it took me to finally get reviews on my site. Yotpo support, especially Simoun Francis S, took the time to actually go into my site and paste the codes where I needed them to make everything look perfect. I am so thankful for people who care to help their customers. Thank you Simoun!!! Feb 2023 update: I just worked with Albert V who helped me re-install all of the reviews widgets. It was so easy to work with Albert and he got it done so quickly. Thank you Albert for your help, I appreciate it!
