This app is completely simple to install and have up and running in no time. When I had a question - I went to the chat on the app (at 9pm at night!) and got a very helpful Roland M... he solved my issue with shipping and made me feel even more confident with the app because customer service is everything when you have a small business.

The application lacks some parameters that we would need for our shop, but it is easy to set up. We had a problem with the installation and other issues, but the customer service, specifically Roland, was very responsive and fixed the problem within a minute. We are very satisfied! Thank you very much for your help.

Unfortunately, we have to conclude that this app still has a lot of technical issues. It is not possible to properly link shopify payments. As a result, we miss payment functionalities. Despite the fact that we have now been waiting for more than 4 weeks, Yotpo is not doing anything to solve the problems. This app is not suitable for the European market. Only (American) credit cards work and other payment options that are commonly used in Europe such as iDeal, BanContact, Klarna, Afterpay cannot be used. Besides that they have a customer service with no or very limited customer focus. No real intentions to solve the problem. We have decided to phase out the app and continue on another platform with a subscription app that complies to the European payment standards. Resumee: if you're operating in Europe with your web shop and are looking for a great customer journey for the payment process, skip Yotpo.

We just recently switched from another subscription program, and so far the features and functionality have been way smoother and more intuitive! The customer service and support are outstanding as well! We are thrilled that we switched programs!

Great customer service and support. We just rolled out subscriptions and love Yotpo. Thessanyl was amazing at helping me get this launched properly within minutes. Really easy platform to use and would recommend to anyone.

Beim Einrichten gab es Probleme, diese wurden sofort vom Support gelöst. Ich weiß nicht wo die Firma sitzt, aber zu deutschen Zeiten um 01:30 wurde alles direkt inklusive Screenshots beantwortet & für mich geregelt. Andchließend habe ich sogar den Mitarbeiter via Mitarbeiter/Gastzugang hinzugefügt. Da braucht ihr euch keine Sorgen zu machen. Mein Supporter hat mir auch anschließend noch zwei weitere Fragen beantwortet, inklusive Beispielen. Mein Support hieß Roland. Alles sehr hilfreich. Zum System: Sieht gut aus & für den Preis optimal. Viele andere Systeme wollten viel zu viel Geld von mir, vor allem bei der kostenlosen Version; nehmen die teilweise Gebühren bis zu 5000€ Hier ist alles entspannt (bis zu 500€/Monat) alles kostenfrei & ab dem 501€ zahlt man nur noch 1%y Ich bin sehr gespannt.

Overall Yotpo Subscriptions is fairly intuitive for someone that is not the most technical with websites. I had an issue where I only wanted to display subscriptions for particular product variants. Thessanyl took their time walking me through the steps to complete via web chat. Something was not working on my end. But, they went the extra mile to help me resolve the issue quickly. That means a lot to small business owners. Great support and helpful team. Yotpo Subscriptions has been great so far.

Please help trying to launch it's supposed to be for free but unable to launch 1st subscription without giving our company admin access . Per Yotpo representative they would need me to add them with Admin Access and permission unable to do this! I have cancel and removed this app. Please be careful Shopify Store owners.

Just to clarify, the app is definitely free to use, and Yotpo only needs access if a merchant wants us to perform an action on their behalf; our team offered that as an option so we can investigate where you’re having an issue, but it’s not required. We are using almost all of Yotpo's apps and couldn't be happier. They integrate seamlesly with our site and take into consideration our typeface and color choices. The help desk and customer care are really great, lately we worked with Jomar who quickly understood and solved the small glitch we had. Thank you Jomar!

I installed the app and had difficulty with applying different subscription options to different Variants of the same Product, but Vergian spent a good amount of time walking me through some changes that might help on Chat. None of them worked as of yet, but they're going to work on their end and if it gets resolved and I can have clear instructions on adding additional Variants with their own different subscription plans, I'll be very happy to give 5 Stars!

Fantastic Support Department, especially Jo. She was responsive, kind, and had great empathy for small business owners and the struggles they face. I reviewed over 40 subscription service software/app providers and Yotpo is the best. I recommend you try them out today!
