Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D & 3D

I love the Zakeke app! It is perfect for the needs of my store, selfiegenes.com where customers can customize their own denim jackets. Their customer service has been excellent whenever I am in need of help. Nicola in particular has been very helpful working with me for any technical issues I have had. She has also gone above and beyond the services that Zakeke customer service provides. I would definitely recommend this app for any customizable products!

This is a fantastic app. We never thought we could add customization to our store and we're now so happy to offer this to our customers by using Zakeke. We highly highly recommend it!

It's ok it does what it advertises, but it takes a long time to load making my customer thinking it is not working and leave my website.

Has no mobile interface. We tried to message support but did not hear back sadly. Its a shame because desktop looks great.

The app is very responsive and so is the staff. There are other apps that do the same thing on shopify. But where this app sets itself apart is the staff that supports it.

This app will help me adapt my business to the needs of my customers now that we are living in a Covid-19 world.

In theory, this app works well. In practice, the app does not work as advertised. Apparently there are significant limits to the number of variants you can make available to customer (number of colors, sizes, etc). The customer support is non-existent and despite providing credentials to both my Shopify and Printful accounts, they've not been successful in showing me one situation where this app allows customization of a product and seamless creation of an order with the Printing partner. Turns out you need significant edits to your theme to make this work properly and to create customizable products as digital products that don't require shipping or weight thereby causing many issues for shipping. Overall, I wish this worked as advertised but it doesn't. The technical support is abysmal. Consider yourself warned.

We have been using the Product Customizer for about a year now. Fast, responsive customer support. Good app for the price. It works reliably.

Nicola and the team really go out their way to help. We've used this app for 6-12 months now and would be lost without it. Gives our customers brilliant flexibility within the shopify store.

Zakeke is simply the best app there is for product costumising. It simply works . I have downloaded other apps that was so difficult to configure and they were bugging at random times. However zakeke just get the job done which is what you need if you want to make money through your store

November 2019 - UPDATE The app is working properly. I just had an issue and Nicola fixed it in less than 20 mins from my request (today is BLACK FRIDAY). Really amazing support, thank you! Ok, I am dealing with this from months. I just casually played with the customizer as a user (front end) and I just discover it's not working again. I have a plus subscription, I bought the "remove background" add-on. I based some campaign on the fact that this tool was running and working, but, again, it's stuck. I cannot test it every day and maybe I am just really unlucky, but so far I cannot say it's a fully trustable app, above all if you want to invest money to promote this "web customization" service on your website. The app it's very cool, the design is the best, but I experienced too many issues here and there. The support it's always ready to help, but "front end" issues are too hard to catch for me, I appreciate the support when there is a back-end issue, but I am really disappointed about the fact that I discover only casually front end major issues. They never send an email or an alert when something is not working for front end users. I think this is unacceptable. I hope it will be more stable and consistent in time with its basic performances.

Zakeke is by far the best product designer on the Shopify app store. It seamlessly integrates into your shop and allows you to create your own design templates for products with a 3D viewer or choose from some Print On Demand companies and drop ship products with ease. Zakeke support and developers are above the rest. The listen to our needs and make necessary adjustments to improve the application based on feedback. Highly recommended!

FUNCTION: The product does work well, albeit with some limitations. - It would be nice if we could select different printing methods for different variations of products. - One odd thing: Every time a customer customizes a product, the customized version gets added to our Shopify store as a new product. Not a big deal, but odd. Other than this, Zakeke has integrated very smoothly with our site, and the mobile-friendly version works very well, too. PRICE: It should be noted that .eps and .pdf support is paid extra; by default, the paid tool only supports .png and .jpg files. SUPPORT: Phenomenal customer support. Carlo has been excellent to work with, and Francesca in the help team normally gets back quickly to any concerns.

We love this app... Very easy to use... and you can setup your products quickly. Customer service is very fast to respond & Outstanding!!!!. They always provide help if needed and always improving the app. We have used other Customizer apps in the past and like this one best because the look is very professional, and the service is by far the BEST!!!... All in all, we highly recommend you try this app, and see for yourself.

I have tried many of the interactive product designers in Shopify for personalizing our prints. They all fell short in some way. Zakeke has been relatively smooth to use but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Each time I have run into something they respond ASAP. When there have been features that they aren't currently offering, they have worked them into their timeline and kept me notified about when to expect them. Looking forward to rolling it out site wide.

Zakeke was our 3rd app to try to simplify our custom orders. I wish we would have tried it first, it works great. Highly recommend this app.
