Cette application est hyper efficace. Les nombreuses options pour paramétrer ZAKEKE selon vos besoins et envie sont indéniablement l'un des points forts. Le support technique est très réactif, bravo !

Esta aplicação é fantástica! Os ficheiros chegam até nós prontos a imprimir com grande resolução. O interface fácil e intuitivo, excelente suporte também. Era exatamente isto que queria.

I've been very happy with this custom designer app. It works really well, very user friendly and I have had almost no issues with it. Also, their support team responds quickly to inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

Server very slow, sometimes the [ Customize Button ] on product page no show . Predesign template working table too small, it's hard to do the design .

Without a doubt the best product customizer on the market, we have used every other tool available on Shopify and this one has the best customer facing tool. Ken and Carlo have been fautless and very helpful. Thank you both very much!

I had access to this app for 6 months and paid their awful support team to install and set up the 3D modelling system, which cost approx £1.8k in total. The setup never got completed to a standard expected at the start of the project. I have near enough 80 emails trying to sort out this mess with their support. Constant problems and painfully slow to get resolved. Never mind the fact the platform is unstable at best so good luck if any issues arise on Friday night. You wont be selling for a good few days. A waste of 6 months. Don't bother with these guys unless you like a headache.

Zakeke is a great app for any 3D customizable product. What's even better is that their customer service rep's are extremely knowledgable, responsive, and friendly. Their business development representative worked with me to identify my successes and concerns with Zakeke before connecting me with their 3D team. They personally adjusted my flawed 3D model and sent it back to me to ensure that it worked seamlessly across their platform. Although 3D projects can be cumbersome and tedious, Zakeke made the experience simple and flawless. Highly recommend Zakeke to anyone looking for great customization and excellent customer service.

Without a qualitative demo or help it is not always easy or clear to be able to make everything correct within the 3D module, but if you email with a problem or question, they answer very quickly, friendly, super clear and constructive. They do a great work to fix the problem. Very satisfied with it.

Has no mobile interface. We tried to message support but did not hear back sadly. Its a shame because desktop looks great.
Well, Zakeke has a mobile version of course! We have thousands of customers, no one would use a not-responsive customizer. And even better, Zakeke has a mobile-dedicated UI, it's not just responsive. As for assistance, you wrote to us on May 13, 09:55 and we replied 1 minute later, at 09:56. Maybe you're not receiving our replies, check the spam. Lastly, it seems you're getting an issue with the mobile UI, we wrote to you from a different email address, happy to get it fixed.

The app is very responsive and so is the staff. There are other apps that do the same thing on shopify. But where this app sets itself apart is the staff that supports it.

In theory, this app works well. In practice, the app does not work as advertised. Apparently there are significant limits to the number of variants you can make available to customer (number of colors, sizes, etc). The customer support is non-existent and despite providing credentials to both my Shopify and Printful accounts, they've not been successful in showing me one situation where this app allows customization of a product and seamless creation of an order with the Printing partner. Turns out you need significant edits to your theme to make this work properly and to create customizable products as digital products that don't require shipping or weight thereby causing many issues for shipping. Overall, I wish this worked as advertised but it doesn't. The technical support is abysmal. Consider yourself warned.
Hi, we’re very sorry for your review. Please find here below our comments: 1) there is no limits on the variants you can make available to your customers. Zakeke just imports the same variants you have got on your store in order to allow you to have a 1:1 match with the store. If you have a limit, is with the variants in Shopify itself. 2) You don't need to edit the theme to make Zakeke to work properly. In Shopify, each customized product is a new product in the catalog. We just offer a solution to this and avoid the creation of duplicated products (that, by the way, requires a change to the theme only in specific cases). 3) Regarding support: we really care about our customers and We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer care service. We take criticism very seriously and we double-checked and we have replied to all your questions. We’d appreciate it if you could give us details of your disappointment.

Zakeke is simply the best app there is for product costumising. It simply works . I have downloaded other apps that was so difficult to configure and they were bugging at random times. However zakeke just get the job done which is what you need if you want to make money through your store

November 2019 - UPDATE The app is working properly. I just had an issue and Nicola fixed it in less than 20 mins from my request (today is BLACK FRIDAY). Really amazing support, thank you! Ok, I am dealing with this from months. I just casually played with the customizer as a user (front end) and I just discover it's not working again. I have a plus subscription, I bought the "remove background" add-on. I based some campaign on the fact that this tool was running and working, but, again, it's stuck. I cannot test it every day and maybe I am just really unlucky, but so far I cannot say it's a fully trustable app, above all if you want to invest money to promote this "web customization" service on your website. The app it's very cool, the design is the best, but I experienced too many issues here and there. The support it's always ready to help, but "front end" issues are too hard to catch for me, I appreciate the support when there is a back-end issue, but I am really disappointed about the fact that I discover only casually front end major issues. They never send an email or an alert when something is not working for front end users. I think this is unacceptable. I hope it will be more stable and consistent in time with its basic performances.
