Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D & 3D

Very cool and complete app with great customer support.

App works well. 3 stars because if you use Coreldraw, corel doesn't recognize the font when you import the svg. ( I did ask for help with this and they said it works fine with Illustraor etc..) This then causes a huge issue of figuring out what font was used. You can use Inkscape to figure it out but at that point I can do a layout way quicker. If they figured out the Corel issue this would be a great app. So to save my sanity I think I will be deleting it.

The app is a development in the right direction. I´d like to have a live chat, the integrations need a bit more work than the current documentation is capable of explaining. It would be cool, to have a page for feature requests. The front end of Zakeke Customizer needs to undergo a small redesign, hopefully asap. It would be better if we had bigger buttons for the 2 main functions:´upload photo´ and ´add to cart´. Also a missing key function is to twist the print-area, so that clients who are uploading pics in horizontal format, would be able to twist the print area to horizontal or portrait. Im excited how the company envolves and if it will become a long term App that i will be using for my shop. Overall its recommendable, but you have to be technically versile as of now 14.11.2023.

Un po' difficile da configurare e sistemare con lo store, se ci fosse più documentazione e anche dei video più semplici sarebbe meglio

The program is great, and the features are excellent. The downside is that if something goes wrong with the app on the weekend, there is no customer service to get you back up and running. That's money lost until someone reaches out on Monday. On top of the monthly fee, the transaction fee adds up if you do a lot of sales.

One of the best customization tools out there on Shopify, support team is really friendly and helpful. If you don´t know something you can even ask them and they will respond and give you tips. Many updates and new things coming in a good average time period.

We have been using Zakeke for our customized products at DoorFoto.com for over 2 years now. The software is easy to use and the support has been great when we needed it, but to be honest, we have only had to reach out to them once in the past 2 yrs and they fixed the issues within hours.

We use Zakeke from few month now, we still have some works to make it perfect but already the system is working very well, i saw some comments that there is nobody to reply if you have a technical request , that is totaly wrong , we have full of the answers at our question . So in fact we are really happy about the system and the business that generated for us these last weeks .

We've tried a number of product and print customisers over the years. This is the only one that hits the mark. So much thought has gone into Zakeke for both backend and frontend. Support is helpful, excellent and quick.

Nach ersten kleinen tapsigen Erkundungsversuchen, wie die App und der Personalisierer genau funktionieren (was aber sicher eher auf meine mangelnden Englischkenntnissen zurück zu führen ist) - komme ich super mit der Anwendung klar und bin sehr glücklich mit den Optionen der App. Da ich immer die Möglichkeit einer Personalisierung anbiete, kann ich hiermit dem Kunden ein viel besseres und schnelleres Einkaufserlebnis bescheren. Ein GANZ großes Lob muss ich auch dem Support aussprechen: nicht nur, dass sie sehr schnell reagieren - sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liefern tolle Arbeit. Egal, wobei ich ein Problem hatte - sie haben mir direkt und unkompliziert geholfen! Dafür noch mal 5 Sterne und ein Plus :)

I looked at this app briefly, but after reading Zakeke's rude responses to other customer's complaints and the unclear billing practice, I have decided not to waste time or money here.
