Abbiamo provato diverse App di editing, Zakeke ha la qualità unica di rendere il lavoro VELOCE. L'aspetto estetico è poi il migliore in circolazione. La qualità però più importante è il servizio clienti, rapido, efficace, cordiale. Consigliata sotto tutti i punti di vista.

I'm very impressed with the Zakeke Customizer app and even more with customer service. They're always very helpful and respond quickly. I continue to be highly impressed with the service and features. I've been using this app for quite some time, and I still agree that this is one of the best apps for customization on Shopify. It has great features, and I love that it doesn't slow down my site!! Also, the customer service is superb. Nicola has worked with me on many occasions and I always get a fast response and resolution if any issues arise.

Wir nutzen Zakeke seit einem Jahr. Wir haben vorher viel getestet, aber Zakeke ist definitv der beste Konfigurator auf dem Markt. Man kann damit alles konfigurieren und wenn es Probleme mit dem Programm gibt, hilft ein super netter Support immer sehr schnell. Deshalb ganz klar 5 Sterne.

Wir nutzen Zakeke seit Jahren für die Personalisierung unserer gesamten Produktpalette. Wir sind extrem zufrieden mit der Anwendung, sie erfüllt alle unsere Anwendungsgebiete und bietet sogar noch mehr. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Web-to-Print Shops jeder Größe. Toller Support, der innerhalb von Minuten die Antwort hat, die man verzweifelt selbst gesucht hat. Einfach klasse!

One of the best customization tools out there on Shopify, support team is really friendly and helpful. If you don´t know something you can even ask them and they will respond and give you tips. Many updates and new things coming in a good average time period.

We have been using Zakeke for our customized products at DoorFoto.com for over 2 years now. The software is easy to use and the support has been great when we needed it, but to be honest, we have only had to reach out to them once in the past 2 yrs and they fixed the issues within hours.

I love this app. We do some personalization of some of our products and the way it integrates on the homepage makes it easy for the customer to design his favorite product. Also when it comes to the workflow, it is easy to use and helps me to have a lean process with all this data that need to be managed. When I had a problem, the team was always helpful and could resolve my issue in no time. So if you are doing personalizations there is no better option available for shopify to my knowledge.

We use Zakeke from few month now, we still have some works to make it perfect but already the system is working very well, i saw some comments that there is nobody to reply if you have a technical request , that is totaly wrong , we have full of the answers at our question . So in fact we are really happy about the system and the business that generated for us these last weeks .

We've tried a number of product and print customisers over the years. This is the only one that hits the mark. So much thought has gone into Zakeke for both backend and frontend. Support is helpful, excellent and quick.

Nach ersten kleinen tapsigen Erkundungsversuchen, wie die App und der Personalisierer genau funktionieren (was aber sicher eher auf meine mangelnden Englischkenntnissen zurück zu führen ist) - komme ich super mit der Anwendung klar und bin sehr glücklich mit den Optionen der App. Da ich immer die Möglichkeit einer Personalisierung anbiete, kann ich hiermit dem Kunden ein viel besseres und schnelleres Einkaufserlebnis bescheren. Ein GANZ großes Lob muss ich auch dem Support aussprechen: nicht nur, dass sie sehr schnell reagieren - sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liefern tolle Arbeit. Egal, wobei ich ein Problem hatte - sie haben mir direkt und unkompliziert geholfen! Dafür noch mal 5 Sterne und ein Plus :)

I looked at this app briefly, but after reading Zakeke's rude responses to other customer's complaints and the unclear billing practice, I have decided not to waste time or money here.
Hi, thank you for your feedback, we're very sorry for your 1-star review. We really care about our customers and we take complaints very seriously. We see you installed and uninstalled the app in 3 minutes, even before starting a free trial. Would really appreciate it if you could tell us what issue you had with billing since you are supposed not to have received any bill. Happy to investigate and provide you with details if anything went wrong. UPDATE: we see now your comment when you have uninstalled the app. Apparently, the problem is the phrase when you install the app that says "charged up to $ 5000 for 30 days". For Zakeke you pay a transaction fee of up to 1.9% on orders received through our app. That sentence explains that, regardless of the fees due, these will never be higher than 5,000 USD/month, i.e. if you sell customized products for 1,000,000 USD/month, however you will pay Zakeke 5k USD instead of 19k! That is meant to be a protection for you. Hope this clears things up.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I am blown away by a person going above and beyond for me. In this case, Nicola went to the moon and back helping me make my store better and providing the best customer service imaginable. This app is fantastic and Nicola represents the best support you could ever ask for. Thank you so much for everything!

CAUTION! If you try this app and then choose to remove it much of the code is left behind. In addition all of your collections will have an additional filter for "zakeke" left behind. I am still looking through code to find all the remnants, I think I may send an invoice for my time to clean up after the uninstall.
Thank you for review. The filter "Zakeke" is needed to exclude the products created after a personalization from your collections. In certain cases, Zakeke is forced to create a product from a personalization because Shopify does not allow to change certain attributes of a product (such as the price), that's why you need a filter on the collections to exclude those products from the collections. Unfortunately, when you uninstall the app it's not possible to remove those filters because Zakeke has no longer permissions to access your store. However: 1) that filter does not change anything to your store, it won't work because there won't be personalized products. 2) we are happy to remove it when merchants ask us to do so and give us access to the store :)
