Honest review, I uses Zipchat AI easy to setup it takes all the available data from shop and make it organize to answer the customers questions perfectly without the need of Actual customer support team, apart from this you can upload multiple type documents to train AI for more information. Highly recommend

Molto positiva, le interazioni con i clienti sono numerose e tutte con feedback positivi. La utilizziamo nella fascia oraria serale e nei week in cui non abbiamo copertura del servizio clienti. I clienti sono molto contenti della qualità del servizio. Occorre allenare AI a fornire le risposte corrette e aggiornate, ma è una attività che richiede poco tempo se svolta regolarmente ogni giorno.
