Zipchat has been a very useful chatbot solution for our Shopify store. The setup process is straightforward, and once everything is configured, it works really well. It's especially valuable for stores operating in multiple countries outside their main market, helping provide a better customer experience across different languages and regions. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any questions or issues that come up. Their willingness to help has made the experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend Zipchat to any Shopify store looking to improve customer support and engagement.

We installed Zipchat (Enterprise Plan) a few months ago and the change is huge: reduced customer care tickets, more sales efficiency, ...and I'm amazed by the number of visitors who chat with the AI agent. More than an App, Zipchat has actually great people that help you for the onboarding, answer to all your emails and create custom solutions based on your business needs. 5 stars is more than deserved, thank you guys!

Uso questa chat da una settimana e posso dirmi super soddisfatta. Senza competenze particolari ho provato a scrivere un prompt e ZipChat ha restituito dei risultati molto pertinenti (vendo prodotti estremamente tecnici, quindi non era un compito facile). Grazie ZipChat!

What an absolute shower, absolute waste of time and effort, they do not respond to messages, emails or even bot chat, waited and still await after 2 day for support, Back to Tidio they may be a little more expensive but they give support. Second chance, we have reinstalled because the app was that good for the cost, pleased with the AI side, jury is still out on the support

Running SmoothieDog out of Bulgaria, we needed a chatbot that could actually hold a conversation in Bulgarian — and Zipchat just works. It trained itself on our flavors, ingredients, and shipping policies, recovers carts on autopilot, and handles the everyday "is this OK for a sensitive stomach?" questions without us touching the inbox. Our team was initially skeptical about chatbots in general, but we decided to give ZipChat a try, and it has exceeded our expectations! It's not your typical chatbot. As e-commerce owners, we have full control over the responses and the training materials for the agent. Even better, it actually drives sales! The AI immediately learned our product catalog and handles customer questions in a way that actually sounds human, guiding shoppers right to checkout. What sets ZipChat apart is that it doesn't just answer questions — it sells. It proactively engages visitors, recovers abandoned carts, and recommends the right products based on browsing behavior. Conversions have noticeably improved since going live. The support team is amazing. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our store's success. If you're running an ecommerce store and not using ZipChat yet, you're leaving money on the table. Highly recommend!
