I love apps that have quick support and this one does! Every time I had a problem they were right there! App is pretty easy to use!

We started using OCU on our website and started getting upsells right away! The app is very easy to set up with an intuitive interface. And it's amazingly flexible with the ability to add offers at multiple points in the funnel, prioritize offers, change the look of the offers, turn elements of the offers on and off, etc. The app seems to work well on all the browsers we've tried, and the offer displays look slick and polished. We haven't needed their support very much but when we did, they were fast and responsive. Finally, the advice from Ezra is invaluable. Overall we highly recommend this app! It is much better than several of the others we've tried.

Customer service is excellent! Quick to reply, friendly, and helpful. Tutorials are helpful as well to help you quickly understand how to use their tool.

There was an issue with the app when I first installed it. When the customer added a product to their cart, instead of 1, 2 were automatically added. Customer service fixed it for me within one day with no drama. The app is working really well now and already converting. It's a great app.

The app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use and believe me this is coming from a non-programmer. The only thing better than the app is the support. I just had an issue on a weekend that I was trying to figure out and chatting solved my issue incredibly quickly. They have a customer for life!

Solid app - have used in multiple stores and it's a great way to easily increase revenue. Would love some more design customization options - but... definitely still worth it as is!

After giving this app a second try a lot of the bugs we were experiencing have been resolved and the app is working well. Their support has been great and I am happy to use this app for upsells.

I was sceptical at first. I've tried a few bundling and post-checkout apps with mixed success. I've been delighted with every aspect of OCU. Installation and setup is super simple and it started to pay for itself within a couple of days. It couldn't be simpler to implement and make money using this app. OCU is a must-have for any Shopify store!
