Amazing app and awesome support ! Provides upsell and downsell offers pre and post purchase which is pretty unique - Since the 1st day, I was seeing better AOV... WELL DONE

This app is a game changer. Absolutely worth the investment, we’ve seen a massive boost in our AOV since installing and a considerable increase in revenue within the first 3 months. Can’t imagine running our store without this tool now. It’s also a pleasure to use– super easy to set up with a great deal of customisation options. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Would be great IF it supported multi currency and would allow you to add collections rather on a product by product basis
Hey there! Thanks for giving OCU a shot. We are not able to offer multi-currency due to the limitations of the Shopify API...however, I do have some good news. Adding upsells to collections is in the pipeline and should be rolled out in 4 weeks. :)

Just wanted to update my review to give more praise to the improvements OCU team have made to their app. I love the multi-product offer upsells. It's had conversions right away after setting up one funnel the other day. I can see they're taking feedback and this directly addresses my suggestion in the previous review I wrote. I love that they're adapting and adding features which help stores with large SKU numbers and product varieties. I can't wait to see what's next! I also have to give huge praise to the support team. A few months ago, I had an issue with my store that noone else could help with. I was at my wits end. However their team was so kind to help me check my store with staff that had Android phones due to a theme issue I had. The issue I had wasn't specific to OCU and they didn't need to help me with it, but they did. I am so grateful. OCU has some of the top Shopify app support I've had the pleasure of working with! ----- Have been using this app since November 2020 and I really appreciate the various improvements that have been made to OCU over the months. I like how there is staff ready to help and always get back to me within a few hours. They also keep me updated with ongoing cases. OCU has helped with increasing our store revenue. I think while our store has way to many designs to leverage the upsells to a huge % take rate due to how specific our designs are. It has still helped. The new pricing structure also makes me feel comfortable that OCU is charging what they've helped me to earn in extra revenue. I'm looking forward to all the updates and constant improvements going on with OCU. Can't wait to see what OCU's team comes up with next. :)

Recently OCU has merged with Shopify, which at first was very exciting for us. Unfortunately, after discovering the app for 5-10 minutes our team quickly realized that the integration is far from being a well-developed Shopify App. The post-purchase page has very little customization. It's so basic, you may think that it's spammy and only something drop shipping stores might use. I do not recommend this app. I will re-review once the company emails me with significant updates as I am truly excited to hopefully see a strong customization function. Brands.. Need to stay on brand. Good luck.
Hey PaliRoots sorry to hear you're disappointed with the app. Unfortunately the features you're talking about aren't a limitation of OCU, they're a limitation of what Shopify allows. They do this so that the offer pages are more consistent with Shopify checkout and less promotional. We worked really hard to get as much flexibility in there for the reasons you listed...but ultimately it was up to them to limit it to what you see. That all being said, we have actually seen an increase in conversion with these new, faster offer pages. Plus we will be adding new functionality within the Shopify guidelines as Shopify allows. We hope you'll not only revisit this review with this new insight but you'll also give OCU a shot to see if it can still help you boost your AOV. -Team Zipify

This app is a total no brainer. The native version needs some additional work with more trigger segmentation and payment implementation but I'm told it's forthcoming. Very excited to have this additional tool in my arsenal and finally working with native checkout.

Just wanted to update this review. I still hate this app. My AOV has declined by 35% since I switched from the legacy app but I figured with all the updates, maybe it was worth switching to. It wasn't. All of the funnels are the same, with the same design, and format, yet the take rate is so much lower. I'm not sure how anybody can take any of these positive reviews seriously because every store owner I've talked to has experienced the absolute same thing since the switch. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I am giving 4 as there as some limitations, will change the rating as soon as the app improves. I think a major win for me would be an automatic option of up-selling the same product as in basket with priority on products. Right now I had to create a funnel per product which took a significant time to set up.

I feel like I should address the negative reviews on here first, which to me is really a disservice to all the people on Ezra's team who clearly have been kicking their own asses to get this launched and to do so a few weeks before the hard holiday hits so we are not all scrambling a few days before Black Friday. Is it a new integration? Yup. Will it have some bugs? Yup. Will they get it fixed asap for you if there is an issue? Yup. So what is the problem here? People are impatient and want everything perfect right now, which comes as a big surprise to me coming from other business owners. We have all had crap go wrong in our shops and then it can back up customer support and imagine if instead of people realizing that there could be a few hiccups they slammed you with one star reviews for stuff that may actually be their fault instead of yours. I believe this is what is happening here. If you listened to Ezra at all in this launch he brought the opportunities to the table about the product upfront. So don't be a jerk, give this awesome team a chance to catch up and get back to you. Now to get to the product-you are right, it isn't the "cheap" boy on the block but I am a big believer in you get what you pay for. I'll pay more because Zipify is a solid company who clearly gives a shit about their customers and puts back into their products over and over again. I have used other product, I will stick with One Click Upsell. For people considering trying it-my main qualm with the original version is you couldn't have the upsell not show based on the amount of an item shown in a cart. For example, someone is buying a lipstick you want to upsell them an additional lipstick in the same color. However if they already had 2 of the same lipstick in the cart it would still show. This can be a trick with some customers that would clearly delete out on and go back into the checkout to get the additional discount. It looks like.... THIS HAS BEEN FIXED! WHAT? If I am correct (pretty sure I am) that negates any other upsell platform I know of. Anyways-it is a great product. SUPER EXCITED to go into holiday with this new version. Team is always great, answers are always on point and polite. I love it, you will too if you give it a shot. Thanks for kicking ass guys! 5-Stars are not enough to accurately review Zipify ... they're easily a 10-Star Company! BEST APP on the store! STOKED! is an understatement to say how I feel that OCU returns with a native Shopify payments integration now! I've used OCU Legacy, but had troubles with the 3rd party payments and had to cancel it to return to Shopify payments. Also, make sure to follow Ezra Firestone and take his courses ... he's an E-comm business genius! Thus far, with the new Native OCU, it has been even easier and simple to setup in just one night. Plus, the 30-day free trial is a no-brainer. Zipify has gone above and beyond for me and my small business on countless times with support. Love OCU! You will love it too :) PS. The new order amount pricing is very helpful for small stores, and very excited about all the updates coming in 2021

I don't think we have been more excited about an app than this one! We've been using Zipify apps for years and after learning about the capabilities that One Click Upsell would have, we were pumped! The fact that it is native to Shopify checkout is game changing. And the pre purchase upsells are brilliantly done. We have products that before, we would display a pop up to see if the customer would like to upgrade their cart... the issue was that the customer would then have to click yes, then visit the upsell product, then add it to cart and finally, remove their original product. Whereas now, it's a simple click and they've upgraded their cart to a higher AOV. So smooth and so powerful. Thank you guys for all your hard work on this!

One Click Upsell is the single best AOV booster we have ever come across. Now that they are on the Shopify app store I can finally write a review! We have been using it for 2 years. Our stats speak for themself: In our main store we have made an extra £188,538.80. In case you aren't familiar with the app, this is revenue on top of our original orders, AKA upsell revenue/revenue we would have missed out on. We saw an average of £2.72 increase in cart value across the board. Our AOV before OCU is around £32, so that comes in at almost a 10% increase in average order value. All in all we see an average of a 18% conversion rate on our post purchase upsells, which is phenomenal. Oh, and they also have the best customer service I have come across. Always get a reponse within a reasonable timeframe. I see that they are offering a 30 day free trial just now. If you want my advice, it's definitely worth a shot! It's changed our business.
