App is super is easy to install / set up - started generating within minutes of being uploaded. The support team at Zipify are also next level - nothing is an issue, they really want "you" to get the max out of the APP

We've been using the app for nearly a year, and overall it's been a great experience. It's relatively easy to set up, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive. The app does an excellent job with both pre-purchase and post-purchase upsells. In the future, I’d love to see a bit more flexibility with AI-generated offers, but overall, I believe this is the best app out there if you're looking to build effective pre- and post-purchase funnels.

Makes upsells easy. Set up was quick and painless. A/B testing lets you see what performs best. Fantastic customer support! OCU Plus and the enterprise team were great to work with. They were proactive with recommendations and implementing upsells. Highly recommend!

The app has been easy to navigate from set-up to use. I ran into a problem with my shipping charges not showing on my order bumps and post purchase upsells and Ash and the team were able to go through my Shopify set-up and find the 'needle in the haystack' as to why - I had not clicked one box...once I checked the box - everything worked like a charm. Thank you OCU!

Absolutely love OCU! It's hands down one of the most valuable apps I have on my store. There is a bit of a learning curve in getting the nuances of how it works down but once you're there, it's so easy to implement and the possibilities for customizing it for your store are truly endless. They do an amazing job to help you get up and running asap too with tools and links to any help docs you need. And the best part is most definitely the support team! Kid you not, they are incredible. They are fast, easily accessible via chat and every single person I've interacted with has been super helpful in resolving any issues I had asap. Can't recommend them enough!

While some features or refinement may be lacking compared to other comparable apps, the company is continually updating its feature set and and has A+ customer support that is very helpful with implementation support. Also very open to learning from customer feedback, suggestions, feature requests.

It feels like getting taxed. The usage fees are outrageous, 500 dollars + a month just for 10000 in revenue. Its insane, im moving to reconvert, i calculated it and they only have 150 in fees for the same amount of revenue.

We also wanted to clarify a couple of things about our pricing to ensure there’s no confusion: For stores generating $10K/month in upsell revenue, the correct tier is $399/month, and for those just under $10K, it’s $199/month. There are no additional usage fees beyond that. If you’re seeing different charges, we’d love to look into it with you to ensure everything is correct.
