Been using this app for quite some time now. At first, I had my doubts because I'm used to going through the Google Ads platform directly. I've recently joined a small team where I don't have as much time as I used to for managing digital ads. Not only it's easy to use, but it's been a time saver. To top it off, their customer service has been very helpful with all of my questions and constantly provided valuable feedback to improve my ads every time I contacted them, even when it wasn't about it. Free advice from the inside pros, who would complain about that? Would definitely recommend using AdRoll.

We use AdRoll for dynamic retargeting and web display ads. It's a very easy platform to navigate and the support we get from our account manager is helpful and engaging. It's a great addition to our overall marketing strategy.

Adroll is a helpful tool for retargeting ads. Originally it was more helpful with the Adroll team posting the ads we created on our behalf and providing helpful consultation for ad spend, etc. Now it's more of a DIY platform, but still very intuitive.

We've worked with AdRoll for several years now and recently transitioned to Shopify Plus. The integration was simple and seamless as it plug straight into Shopify. Our account manager is a blessing! She is extremely helpful in helping us optimize performance. We currently use AdRoll to run both our retargeting and brand awareness display ads and are seeing a great return. Their dashboard is so easy to use! My favourite feature is the campaign attribution dashboard which shows exactly what impact AdRoll has on every customer pathway.

Great service: Adroll helped us achieve >10 ROAS. Very quick to set up and get campaigns going: The automated HTML5 creatives that could have taken a long time/resources to create in house were ready in seconds. Same with tracking. It really removed all the trouble you normally go through setting up display ads campaigns. Amazing client service/support as well - our account manager Serena has been extremely helpful and proactive providing us all the information we need to drive business growth. Ideal for retailers with low display advertising/creative resources.

We use Adroll for our Retargeting and Prospecting efforts and have seen great success with up to 13x ROAS. Our Account Manager, Amber, is always available to help us navigate the platform and advise on areas of optimization for the brand.

Great app to get display ads running at a competitive price. Wes R. is a rep that brings experience and recommendations just like the bigger display ad agencies. Running a smaller budget, doesn't keep you from getting the best attention from Wes either. He is always brining new ideas to improve performance.

We have had two amazing Account Managers, Randi & Wes, who have helped us with strategies, goals we want to accomplish, and support. The platform has been very easy to use with the help of our Account Managers. The shortage of our company staff to use all the tools of the platform would be the only negative. We are getting new leads, that we are wanting to accomplish, and our average order value has gone up.

It would be nice if the Adroll support team was more informed about the known bug (using an underscore in the cName code) that prevents the Email from connecting with the Shopify server. It took me over a week of, "It's a Shopify issue" before they admitted it was a known bug and that they hoped to develop a solution soon (meaning, maybe one day). I could always move my host DNS shopping to another server so their broken code would work on my site. I think it is wrong to sell a product that you know does not work as you advertise.

Set up was simple! Was able to use first day. Support is good if you need any assistance. Would highly recommend!

We've been with AdRoll for around 3 years now and like to think them as an extended arm of the company. The app integration is seamless, account management is brilliant and they are always discussing ways to keep increasing our performance & really grow the accounts to the next level.

Adroll helps move product and complete the funnel. It's an absolutely crucial part of our business. They have a great support team that helps you with everything you need and we couldn't be more grateful to be working with them. The biggest problems I've had so far are their frequent automated requests to review the quality of their services. Hopefully this review will cause a change with that down the line. They usually listen quite well.
