Our account manager Carson is extremely helpful in educating, understanding our companies needs and executing campaigns that do just that. They have been extremely supportive with follow ups and strategies, which is not like any of the other ad platforms we have used. They want to see you succeed. The adrol team seems to be experiencing cutbacks lately. We have been with them for years, but unfortunately have experienced a loss of personalized service. We received an email that our personal rep we have been with for yrs is "not working for the company anymore" and we were directed towards "general inquiries" for future assistance. Not pleased:(

We often see an ROI of 10+ x's. Amber is an outstanding rep. Seamless integration with Shopify. Sometimes have issues getting ads approved as we are a men's swim / underwear brand however pleased with the service overall.

Adroll has been the most consistently excellent user experience of any marketing strategy we use. We have an assigned account manager (Tracie) who actively wants to see us succeed. She checks in with me more than I contact her and we meet at minimum, once per quarter, to make sure our marketing strategies are working and we keep our content fresh. We see some excellent ROI and I would recommend adroll to anyone in any industry.
