We've used AdRoll for years with great success and began setting it up to help a new evolution of our business. Very easy integration with Shopify. Important to note- while AdRoll works very well on its own and for the most part requires very little monitoring, the AdRoll chat team (24/7) is always ready to help with suggestions to improve performance. Their insight and experience make all the difference. We have come to rely on Adroll's retargeting campaigns, which are very effective in balancing our outward advertising campaigns. Thank you!

Really slow approval process, they tell you just to wait and do not inform you what are the reasons for the delay. The app will bring you only headache.

Been using it for 4 months spend around $400 a day ($12,000 a month). It's far less effective then other ad retargetting systems. Google will get you a lot more traffic for $400 a day. With Adroll we get only 65-100 clicks a day were with google for $400 we got closer to 400 to 600 a day and a lot more coverage and conversion. The reporting basically reports anyone who sees the ad and buys something, not always people who click on it. Stay away. Use Creito, Yahoo, Google, anything but AdRoll. I paused everything and deleted my account today, my agency suggested them. Otherwise I would I shut down long ago. If your agency suggests them look for a new agency also, it means they don't know anything about online marketing.

I used this app to send our product feed directly from Shopify to Adroll, it worked well and I would recommend using it.

Spend $ 2000, only 25 website clicks. Very unsatisfied. Made 6 campaigns but nothing. This is disappointing and losing money.

I love AdRoll. Not only is it much more efficient than Google or Facebook re-targeting, but the creative options are way better. It's easier and much more flexible and I really like the dashboard. My account executive, Noelle is a huge help. She understands our business and what we're trying to do, and has helped me considerably - learning the app, improving our targeting - she even made a bunch of ads for me (and they looked really great). Best of all, Noelle is just as enthusiastic about our products as we are, maybe even more so. After doing this for 11 years, we needed a fresh perspective and Noelle is just perfect. She brings extensive knowledge and has already come up with some excellent ideas that I never would have thought of without her. Get the app, it's good. But the people that come with it are even more impressive.

Support is atrocious. They want a CC without showing dynamic ad previews. The customer support agent could not understand what was going on.

Great app! Makes it so easy to run multiple ads, across multiple placements, against your main goal. The automation makes management super easy for a small biz like ours- the allocates budget, picks placements and creatives according to what is performing best. So easy! Performance is pretty great too ;) Definitely recommend!

Great service. The ads go to the right places and our CPA is the lowest so far from any service we used. This app plus a retargeting app is the perfect way to make quick conversions. Upping your AD spend here gives a good ROI so I wouldn't hesitate to give it a go. This is way better than FB ads (they were once good but not as effective anymore) SO I would invest more spends is AdRoll over direct FB platform. Thanks ADRoll !

APP is Super easy to set up retargeting add on. it does more than just retargeting but you can start there. you already brought in the lead to your site, having something to bring them back is better than having nothing at all. our sales automatically grew once we added retargeting. yours will too.

quite a good APP. we like the fact that we cancontrol al our retargeting on facebook and web on same app. they are quite responsive to problems and issues raised.

AdRoll has been great. Our CPA is a little lower than our current social ads, because of their bulk purchasing. We are also doing a lot of outreach and time will tell if that strategy is positive for the long run, but so far we have a 3-4X ROI. I would recommend the app to companies ready to make the jump from just social ads to a more robust advertising strategy.

This is such a good tool for marketing, however I am not sure why my facebook ads doesn't run during this 20 days. The support team was sharp to spot that It wasn't working and fixed it for me, however it is still not working. Despite that issue, I still give it a 5 stars.
