Don't trust this app. they still charging my credit card for 2 months even I don't use this app. I had to uninstall this app because I even didn't see running on google search but their dashboard have impression of course :)

The worst app ever No support No answer!! Why you did this app if you wont work on it??!! you cost me lots of money for nothing you just waste my money, total scam!

Be extremely carefull with this APP. The APP automatically overwrite some important Shopify settings without any warnings. E.g. suddenly our GDPR banner was changed from our own banner in Dansih to an AddRoll GDPR banner in english without telling us or warning us.

With the GDPR banner options, yes, while creating the account two options are available for the companies registered in European Union; AdRoll's default banner and a custom banner. I understand that the AdRoll's banner was implemented on your website unintentionally, I'm very sorry about that. On Monday this week (21 March) i subscribed to adroll with Shopify.I was advised by Neha in support that all is in order,and that i would be up and running in 24 hours.The next day-24 hours later-i cannot run ads as there is an issue with the shopify integration.It is now Day 4 and the last response received from Saschin S is as follows: I have gone ahead and have raised a request to our Support Engineering team. Kindly, allow me some time and I'll be sharing an update soon. Could someone please step in and tell my why i having these issues and im not able to get going.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Worst app I have ever used.....EVER!!!! Charged me over £320 and I got 0 SALES. ZERO!!!!!!!! They were charging me almost £1.50 per click!!!! Absolutely criminal. Shopify should be made aware how poor this app is. It doesn't help you, it charged you stupid amounts for non-relevant ads. The worst app and biggest waste of money my business has made. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!

It would be nice if the Adroll support team was more informed about the known bug (using an underscore in the cName code) that prevents the Email from connecting with the Shopify server. It took me over a week of, "It's a Shopify issue" before they admitted it was a known bug and that they hoped to develop a solution soon (meaning, maybe one day). I could always move my host DNS shopping to another server so their broken code would work on my site. I think it is wrong to sell a product that you know does not work as you advertise.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! After reading some good reviews I signed up this evening (on the free Starter account) and created 2 remarketing campaigns (Facebook & Google) both $50 / day. Within 30 minutes my bank had reversed 3 transaction requests from Adroll totalling $1540! Seriously what! I obviously want no part of this and upon exploring their system figure out I can't even delete my account or delete my card. What is this! So now am going to bed wondering if they are going to empty my account over night. So messed up. Like I said: AVOID

Looking at the review, it looks like the unexpected charge was just an authorization: whenever you launch a new campaign or edit the budget of an existing campaign, we try to authorize the weekly budget of all the active/paused campaigns to ensure the payment method is valid and can support future payments. This amount is later released back to your account. We are always happy to receive constructive feedback and act on it. In this case, we are saddened to see such an unsubstantiated review. You ran a campaign for less than 4 days. Campaigns typically need to run for at least 2 weeks to get accurate performance data. Campaign success also relies on a number of factors such as targeting the right audiences, the quality of your creative, your brand, and your product. Our support is always willing to help set you up for success if you reach out to them and if you encounter any problems. Again, we are always happy to receive constructive feedback and act on it.

WHo want to read this ? " Thanks for chatting with me today! I just received an update from the policy team and they contested with our partnered ad networks voicing out your concerns. However, after a comprehensive review, they were stringent to the policies as outlined in this help article and unable to approve them. Sorry about that. We absolutely understand that some ad networks allow the ads but we can only run if they are viewable to all age groups. Gun or weapon-related publications may run on limited inventory and are subject to further review as long as there are no images of the Guns/tactical products or models pointing the guns in the ad banners and the landing pages including the home page. Here is the help article for reference. Additionally, any device/tactical products or image that discharges a projectile at high velocity with the potential to injure cannot be approved. Please note that we are at the mercy of what our ad networks approve as the ads run on their publisher sites. These are internal company requirements that we are to abide by at all times. They were created together with our Ad Network Partners and self-regulatory groups, such as the NAI. They are subject to change according to the ongoing market situation. Also, it is the Policy Team that makes decisions with the help of Ad networks regarding websites' eligibility to be advertised on the platform. I appreciate your kind understanding. We are always happy to receive constructive feedback and act on it. In this case, we are saddened to see such a meritless review. We have a strict policy around guns and we prohibit images of guns in the ads, landing pages, and/or website, no exceptions.

We used adroll for about 3 months and we were excited when we signed up, but it was a disaster for most of the journey. the results were poor with an average ROAS of less than 1. Our account manager promised a lot of things along the way that was never implemented. Calls were scheduled that was cancelled without notice or reason, so eventually, we had enough and uninstalled the app. Also, their reporting is off, so make sure you have your own tracking as well.

I use this application but it is time for the software and platform experience to improve. They have very old ads, they must update the platform more, listen more to the client and stop seeing only their benefit. The ads show the comparative price instead of the actual price, it is a software disaster, they charge the money and the ads last forever to approve them, what kind of service is this? Shopify should not let these applications work under your shoulder, what they do is go to companies instead of helping them to get up. I do not recommend this application.

Steer clear as they figure out their re-branding. Not only do they track conversions based on impressions (customer sees the ad then purchases then they attribute the sale to their efforts...) After years of service, they suddenly installed a GDPR popup without consulting with us first. We are a Canadian company that does not do business in the EU. Total waste of time and lack of oversight.

Really slow approval process, they tell you just to wait and do not inform you what are the reasons for the delay. The app will bring you only headache.

Been using it for 4 months spend around $400 a day ($12,000 a month). It's far less effective then other ad retargetting systems. Google will get you a lot more traffic for $400 a day. With Adroll we get only 65-100 clicks a day were with google for $400 we got closer to 400 to 600 a day and a lot more coverage and conversion. The reporting basically reports anyone who sees the ad and buys something, not always people who click on it. Stay away. Use Creito, Yahoo, Google, anything but AdRoll. I paused everything and deleted my account today, my agency suggested them. Otherwise I would I shut down long ago. If your agency suggests them look for a new agency also, it means they don't know anything about online marketing.

Spend $ 2000, only 25 website clicks. Very unsatisfied. Made 6 campaigns but nothing. This is disappointing and losing money.

Support is atrocious. They want a CC without showing dynamic ad previews. The customer support agent could not understand what was going on.

The absolute worst customer service of all time. PATHETIC If you think this is an option for you my advice is to make sure you learn as much as possible from your account rep you have the first 30 days; take notes and make sure your tracking pixels are working because afterward you are totally on your own. The online chat cannot answer questions. They will create a ticket and not follow up. AdRoll must be very successful for some because they do not care about helping you once you are a regular customer. I paused my campaign for several months and when I had more money to spend on a campaign the support was extremely negligent; they were unable to assist in making sure my tracking pixels were working properly. After 100,000+ ad impressions my ROI was literally 0%. Sign up at your own risk. FYI: when you do a search in their Help section under "cancel my account" there are no results!
