Okay today is my first day. This is just the install and pixel. Gauri, was very nice and stayed patient with me. i will write after running my first native ad to build brand awareness. Thank you!

Be aware that even if you cancel your plan and don't complete or launch any campaigns AdRoll will run "lookalike campaigns" and charge you.

The support was good on live chat, helped me a few times quickly. But throughout my experience, the info was kind of glitchy and today the moment my ads started running after i made some changes, there was 1 click only the whole day and yet the cost went up slowly to 4.56 usd. It wasn't the cost for one click, it went from 1 dollar plus and ended up to that but still 1 click. If it's delayed reporting, how can it just affect the cost and not the number of clicks. I'm looking for a reliable ad partner long term that can work just as well as Google with transparency and I have to trust it for it to work. Had to uninstall and let this go right after.

But we do have an explanation for it as how we report your campaign metrics may differ from other platforms that you may be using. Kindly allow me a chance to turn your experience around as the customer satisfaction is always a number one priority for us. We do not charge you based on the number of clicks. Our Pricing is solely based on the Dynamic CPM model where we charge you only for the number of impressions served by the campaign irrespective of the number of Clicks and Conversions. Our dashboard doesn't report live metrics as the bidding happens within milliseconds. Sometimes it is possible that some metrics may update faster than the others. So, we suggest allowing up to 48 hours and check the dashboard for accurate KPI reporting. Having said this, I will write a detailed email regarding all your concerns that can help understand our reporting data as well as optimization tips to improve the performance so that the campaign meets your goals. Our experience with AdRoll has been an absolute dream thanks to our amazing account manager Tracie W. She has gone above and beyond all expectations to not only get us through the set up process but has also kindly answered any and all questions we have had ( there have been many!). Her patience and dedication to getting us set on the correct path for our business has made an outstanding impression on me and my team and we are so thankful for all the knowledge she has shared and the effort she's put in to getting us set for success. In the short time AdRoll has been running we've already seen great results from our ads and site traffic and we are so excited to see how we continue to grow!

I cannot recommend AdRoll enough for www.RusticFurnitureOutlet.ca. This platform has been great in helping me to achieve my marketing goals. AdRoll provides a suite of powerful tools that enable me to create and run effective campaigns across multiple channels, including display, social media, and email. One of the things that I love about AdRoll is its ease of use. Even if you're new to digital advertising, the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to create and launch campaigns quickly. excellent customer service and always available! special thanks to Tatiana, were were chatting for over 3 hours even past her work hours and she answered all my questions plus more! she was super patient and knowledgeable about the product and gave great recommendations on how to use the app features. it's such a comfort, since the platform itself can feel complicated and daunting for a first timer. i am still in the process of making my campaigns and ads now, and can't say anything about the effectiveness of the app. But I will update my review once I get my ads running

We have been using the Adroll APP and platform for the last 12 months and the results have been outstanding. In addition the reporting and (consistant) new features are brilliant. Additionally the support crew are super responsive and very helpful.

My store is new and I need to start advertising, I installed AdRoll yesterday and yes it was in a few simple clicks, BUT, what happened after that isn't very pleasant: 1- I couldn't access the application from Shopify, or even by logging in using my user, i have to use a custom URL to access the application, I know that from the support who told me that their team is working on the problem. 2- I got a big error message on the home page that Pixel is not connected, I contacted their support again and they solved the issue. 3- I tried to find the Social Ad Campaign or Recipe that I need to attract new customers, and their support told me that they removed this for now and it will be available in the future. 4- In their ad video, they say that they connect to my store at Shopify and sync the product for dynamic apps, i could find this even after 24 hours. 5- The instruction and videos on youtube is different of what you actually see, it look like another product! 6- I disconnected my Meta account, and it still shows connected even after more than 18 hours, so it wasn't an easy goodbye to this application. The only brilliant thing I found is their support team, they are very helpful, accurate, and give you full answers, you can contact them in one click and in less than one min. I don't know if it was a good product, but I can see that they are going in the wrong direction now.

Kindly note that there is a known issue when we log in from the Shopify app, the pricing plan is being shown. Our Developers are working with the Shopify team to rectify and sort it. The pixel connection status and the feed configuration would take some time to reflect on the dashboard after being connected though they are done immediately with the integration as per the activation process. I agree with you that it should be something done quickly. Currently, we do not have the option to launch a Facebook attract campaign at the moment but trust me, our Product team is working on it, and we should have the option soon. As promised, my colleague Joshwin is working on your concern regarding the Facebook ad account disconnection which should be disconnected soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience. The app had a lot of glitches with displaying accurate data (it was severely off) and the subscription. I tried getting assistance via phone call but they didn't show up for the call. I sent several emails regarding the call and further assistance but didn't receive one response. They also charged me even though I wasn't set up to the point to run ads so I'll be contacting my bank. It seems that if you experience issues integrating their app, then you are not the customer they choose. I would go elsewhere for a company who values every customer, and brands of all sizes.

Excellent Customer Support and excellent app to make your Marketing campaigns. The platform is very easy to use and have too many options to optimize with a different kind of campaigns. Retargeting for example are one of the bests, great app!
