Excellent customer support! Their help desk responded really fast and explained thoroughly how things work and showed in-depth knowledge on how to resolve my issue!

Even with minimal post purchase upsells setup, this app will potentially charge you hundreds of $ as it's pricing is based on TOTAL orders, not orders where the app is actually deployed. For us, the return on the investment was not worth it. We spent hundreds in charges for this app in one month alone, which given that all it really does is apply a very simple post purchase script, seems ridiculous.

Great communication with the support team (the chatbot will almost immediately connect you to a human, THANK YOU) The app is very easy to use and I like the idea itself about after-purchase upsell. You need to put some effort into the strategic thinking. But if you don't have time for this, you can use the pre-designed funnel.

So far this sub app is working great. I really like the scheduling feature. This has made my customers experience with our product, and their subscriptions better.

The chat bot was not much help as the screen did not agree with what it was telling me. Laura came on after requesting a human and she was very helpful. She even sent me a video explaining the steps.
