It's a poor OCU app as their app engine often does not trigger the upsell funnel. When asking their support about it, they don't really have an answer as to why this occurs, other than 'extreme load' on the servers. I recommend going with one of the other upsell apps.

a bug with paypal orders come back to a page after payment where the upsell is added to order without customers consent, even was able to replicate it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Patti. Was understanding & quick to ACTUALLY want to help us solve our issue. She single handedly kept us from switching applications.

Aftersell's customer service is great. Getting setup with the app on my storefront was super smooth and I was able to immediately get help from a customer service rep for any questions that I had throughout my journey

so confusing and they wont have a 15 min zoom call to optimize and setup. Really doesn't work. unless you have 3 hours to read blog on how to work it. We have been charged $54 for $100 worth of upsell - what a joke.
