Very fast, very good, and high-quality support. After months of trying to connect other apps, such as Upcart, Vitals, and Reconvert, this is the best app ever with the best support. Assistant John answered me in 30 seconds, answered all my questions, and set up post-purchase features as I wanted while we were talking. Highly recommend!!!

Please refund my money. This app charges customer twice every time. People started to advise their Bank it's a fraudulent. Not recommended. Please refund.

In regards to having the customer charged twice... It sounds like your customers may be getting offered the same product they've already purchased. This may cause confusion, causing the customer to believe you're offering a discount on their existing purchase rather than adding an additional item to the order. To prevent this confusion, we recommend: 1. Changing the text in the offer to emphasize an additional product is being added 2. Ensure your CTA button's text makes it clear a purchase is being made (i.e. "Buy Now", "Add Product to Order") If confusion continues after this, we recommend ensuring the upsell product being offered is not a product already contained in the order. This app makes me free money in the background. This is a brand new store and we've generated an additional $1k revenue that would have been left behind before. The app is also incredibly easy to use, and seems to be the cheapest PPU up around.
