This app is genuinely easy to use, I've used 10+ different shopify plug-ins for various reasons and they're always difficult to use with limited features, but the layout is actually useful and not annoying. Also great customer service.

I'm still using the free trial so jury is out on the product yet as we are only just setting it up but the customer service / help desk are amazing so leaving the review to compliment them on a job very well done. So far the app looks good but only been using it for a couple of days so will give a more thorough review after a month

Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version.
