This app does a lot and it is really great to be able to upsell people at the point after they have made a purchase, rather than before which could actually result in orders being cancelled. The only issue with the app is that it is not terribly intuitive and there are some things you just wouldn't be able to work out without consulting the help desk. I have to say that the help desk team are very helpful and have resolved every question that I have had to my compete satisfaction. I'd really recommend this app as the best one to increase average order, it can take a little while to get your head around it, but it's worth it.

This app just works. When it doesn't on the first try, the support team is always there to steer me in the correct direction. There has not been issue that was not a user (my) error and they've helped me fix quickly. Product and Support both get 5 stars.

It could be a great app — but it has a major oversight that renders it useless for any store that has products with several variants. For products with more than 6 variants, it only shows the variant images for the first 6 variants. So as a user is toggling through variants, the image changes for the first 6 variants, but not for any other variant after the 6th. It's a confusing UX. We used the app for about two weeks and saw a huge spike in user complaints (and a huge decrease in post-purchase revenue from our previous upsell app).

Customer service is excellent! Brandon made me a personalized video to help me understand why my post purchase funnels weren't being triggered. This is a great application. My AOV is already up after 2 weeks.
