We had a complicated issue involving one of our post purchase offers, and AfterSell’s response genuinely impressed me. Brandon took the time to investigate the history, speak with the Product Team, explain exactly what happened, and find a very generous resolution for our business. He was transparent, responsive, and treated the situation like it actually mattered. There were no canned replies or attempts to brush us off. Even though the issue was not entirely AfterSell’s responsibility, their team still went far beyond what they were required to do to help us. The app has been valuable to our store, but the support behind it is what earned this 5 star review.
Mark and Michelle have been amazing to work with. They’ve gone above and beyond to help us set up some complex post-purchase funnels, and their support has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend AfterSell!
