Great app with very helpful support. Karan from AfterShip support was patient, professional, and solved my CSV tracking import issue quickly. Saved me a lot of time. Highly recommended.

Worst experience I've ever had with any app. I've never left a 1-star review. But if you advertise with "$1 for the first month" on the front end, then charge $457 in usage charges during that same month, and then make the entire process to reverse it a huge pain it just feels like a setup. I've presented them with this fact as well: the literal reply from the customer service rep was "I'm not denying anything here". I either don't get billed or I charge back, simple.
