The service is excellent - and about the app so far: It's easy to start and just takes about 15-20 minutes (for me) - now I'm exited to see the app running and let customers trace their orders. Will come back with a 5 star review if that also is top.

I just dealt with Sonali. Extremely professional service. She was so patient with me and her service is one of the main reasons why I will continue using Aftership. I highly recommend Aftership. Their customer care is brilliant. Just use the chat service while you are on the admin page. They provide a very helpful service. Good app, simple layout make it easy to use. Able to track orders and returns easily. The out for delivery section is very useful to understand the order's movement and delivery frequency. The customer support team is available at all times and giving the best service. Thanks to the support person "Varun" for the quick and good support in clearing few doubts. Thanks to the whole support team and the amazing engineers behind Aftership.

The app is great for the cost, if using it just for shopify. If you use paypal as a main source of revenue this app won't work our for you.
