So far the app as been good to me and my business, easy to use, and im using to track and send tracking numbers to my clients.

Would be nice when using the notification history if you could track by order id. Amazon frequently ships an order using multiple shipments. I cannot track all notifications for an order just using the tracking number.

I had a problem with shipments, wrote a quick message in the chat, and in 2 minutes support answered and helped me resolve my problem.

Very good customer support :) I just installed it and they told me that it integrates well with drop shipping methods: "Please note, once the drop shipper will update the tracking number in your Shopify account then the shipment will be auto-synced in your AfterShip account and customers will start getting updates about the shipment delivery." So far so good, supports has been helpful thus far. Easy way to send SMS tracking info and provide a shipment tracking dashboard on our site.

I used this app to help me do track, it helps me to provide tracking tools to our buyer, so that our buyer more trust even though the products they buy haven't received yet.

Customer support is fast! Easy app to use, but the tracking page it's not a part of your site, it's just a landing page which you can brand and connect with your sore

You can use the free plan, which is still very friendly for novice sellers. The customer service is very timely and friendly. I have not fully understood the function and will not comment temporarily.

So far so good. I've signed up for the free account to get started and get a feel for it. I was able to set up a beautiful custom page in less than 30 minutes. Incredibly simple and doesn't require a whole lot of HTML/coding knowledge. Once I connected my Shopify account, I was able to remove the Aftership branding by simply requesting it. Loving the ease of this so far! I am looking forward to upgrading and seeing what else I can do with this.
