I haven't officially used the app on order as I am still in the early stages of my store but I went to customer service for some help and they were very prompted and helpful.

At first it was a bit complicated to use but with time I started realising how great the app is. I love the fact that it is free and if you contact the support, they are willing to remove their branding for free. Customer service is always eager to assist. Manish helped me swiftly. Was the first to ever assist my queries and he has great product knowledge. So far 1 of the best tracking apps out there. Johnlouis from mymonaveli.com

great app! I can customize what my customers see (slightly disguising the dropshipping) and I love how it gives me average shipping times for my products per country so I can accurately inform customers. I also really like how it syncs with Shopify emails and sends out for delivery and delivered emails. highly recommended.

They are not able to track 1/5 of my orders, DO NOT use it!! They CAN'T give you a time for how long they can solve this problem. Not working at all! The worst app on Shopify... waste my time

Customer service is 5 stars. Somehow they fix any issue I did not understand. I could not set up aftership without the prompt help of their service.
