Customer service is excellent! Very helpful and respond quickly. I didnt know how to add a tracking page on my shopify store so Aftership customer service representative jump into a zoom meeting with me and got it all set up for me within 5mins! Thanks so much :)

Thanks to Pawan I was able to customize my AfterShip tracking page. He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to recommend screen share so he could walk me through the steps! I highly recommend AfterShip.

I had some issues and AfterShip's customer service is incredible! A gentlemen by the name of Pawan has able to immediately send me a Zoom meeting, troubleshoot/diagnose/remedy my issue. A powerful integration and a MUST for eCom DTC business owners. Thank you Pawan and AfterShip!!

After 1 year using the app, found out there was a bug and it didnt work. Support tried over and over to solve it and eventually did. they confirmed the bug and could see in the analytics that I didnt use it for a whole year. yet, refused to give me any compensation. Stay away! poor service poor support.

AfterShip CS Is Top...you will not wait days for a response...app has lots of bells and whistles All In one Tracking and vey customizable Plus sms notifications as well...We have Been With Them for A long Time. they Are Great they Also integrate With other platforms such as Woo Commerce....
