bad support, not good at all button not working in pages so you need a support and you can't get it because of the bad support.

Worst customer service through Live chat cannot resolve any issues and when you log a support ticket you get in a loop of level 1 questions from different people every time and doesn't help you to resolve the actual issue. Moving to other app in the Shopify app store.

The app seems useful but didn't do it's job in my case. Tried tracking an USPS order but it didn't find anything, while the official website does. Uninstalled..

Absolutely terrible I've just spent an hour speaking to one of there agents and he took 15 minutes in between replies to not help at all. One of the worst paid services I've ever used.

the app is good, but this need ALIEXPRESS STANDARD SHIPPING available!!! this for dropshippers (most of us) cant use the app... we are forced to use another app like parcerl tracking, when its available?? also hide courier and words in history like "aliexpress" is a good ideia.

I've experienced some problems with the app and a long answers from support team, but luckily for me, sales department helped to figure it out and fixed the app, gave a refund and extended trial period. At the moment, I'm testing the software and can say that at least these guys know how to work with their clients. P.S. Functions and integrations of the app are just great, but if you installed and faced some problems -- don't hesitate to compulsively write to support.

We contacted support twice over a week with no response. We were excited to use the app but support is absent.

I was robbed!! Beware of installing this app. I installed this app and didn't use it. It did not send any tracking information to my customers. I selected a plan and I did plan on using it but, i never got around to setting anything up yet I found a $589 bill in my account this morning because I received more orders than my plan allowed. Why is that? I didn't set this up. I would appreciate a refund.

Be aware!! They are charging extra for SMS notifications!! They hiding those fees! Don't turn SMS notifications unless you want to pay extra!
Hi, Please note SMS charges are determined by the local carrier at your end or the location to which parcel is and these charges may vary as per the location. These charges are not included within the plan charges. Also, you can find the sms pricing at our pricing page as well (https://www.aftership.com/pricing).

Never signed up for the $29 monthly and yet somehow i was mysteriously on it. I'm very upset because Shopify never asked or did this app ask. It just saw the increase in shipments and switched my plan to the higher one. I'd really love a refund seeing as that I never selected that plan or use this app and I feel robbed.

Unfortunately, though seemingly popular, this is the worst app I've experienced in Shopify. When it works, it's fine but getting orders to sync properly, connecting multiple stores to an organization, needing to uninstall/reinstall to change plans, compounded by slow support that is a back and forth by email just doesn't make it worthwhile when there appear to be better-supported alternatives. If AfterShip upgraded to real-time chat support, it could potentially make all the difference in my rating from the long frustrating wait of issues that arise.

Really shocked by how terrible their customer service is. We know our business doesn't matter to them...but we're disappointed that their service makes that so painfully clear.

Here is my feedback. How many emails are you going to send me for a review. I have not even had a chance to use the app yet and now it's a nuisance with the reminder emails. Enough said!!!

I love the way how easy aftership integrates with shopify in a few simple steps. Even a 3 year old can do it. Great work team. Keep it up.

I never had to leave a bad review on any app until now. This app used to be good, until recently. It has a serious syncing problem like what other reviewers said. Many orders are not being synced - I found that out the hard way. Customers kept asking "Where's my tracking number?? Where's my item?? I wanna cancel the order!!" What a nightmare. Support for this app is virtually non-existent - emailed many times without any reply.

I have not tested the app yet as i haven't got any sales, only had my store up for a day and aftership has already come across professional and easy to use. But most of all the support staff helped me understand the app the most, they replied really quickly and answered all the questions i had. I will update the review to 5 stars when i get orders and see if it works properly!
