I used AfterShip to help my Clients Track there orders and Its amazing how its yeilding positive reviews on from my clients side. Thanks for the amazing work

A pop up is telling me I need to change my Pass Word? I haven't created a password as yet to consider making a change?

What I really hate is a premium priced app with horrible support. You know when they don't answer your question. I can't say anything about the app as for me it didn't work and I didn't get the answers I was looking for. So cannot use it and probably will stop trying.

Waste of time - stopped supporting my major courier, to quote their support "as of now". Wasted couple hours setting it all up. Installers beware - Royal Mail is not supported in this app "as of now"

Update: Finally they handed over the technical department, hoping to solve my problem. I just don't want our request to be answered perfunctorily. If there are no mistakes, I think this APP should be the best tracking

It didn’t bring in the tracking numbers. Only 6 random ones all of pending status but nothing that was useful at all. Waste of time.

The app is good, but the incorrect phone number for Fedex UK is embedded in the customers notifications, which means all our customers contact us complaining they cannot get through to Fedex to arrange a new delivery. Aftership claims they cannot change this until Fedex contacts them with an update. We have used Fedex UK for 11 years and the phone number used by Aftership has never been in use. The app is useless to us until the correct information is added.

No sales yet but seems like a good app so far. Customer service seems like it would be good. Try it you’ll like it.

I used to notify my customers one by one and manually. AfterShip has helped me tremendously. Great app

App works well so far however still trying to work on the operation and understanding how it works. For an app that is free to use, so far it's alright.

I used this app, it's so bad. I can't import my ship imformation. It's always failed. And there is something wrong about the sync with shopify, not all order s are sync.Some orders are missing.And I can't connect the customer service.

The tracking button looked ugly on my Tracking Page in Shopify. I was unable to customize it. Hopefully, the competitors have done a better job in this regard.

AfterShip has great customization for an order tracking app! And it looks clean, does its job pretty well in my opinion!

so complicated not worth the headache. Literally so many different youtube videos and then instructions on website dont even correlate.

THIEVES!! I have been trying to delete this app for almost 10 mins now and I am being told that my password is incorrect (when it is not). I have been redirected almost 4x and this is unacceptable! The app does not integrate well into my website and I cannot change the skin color, so I do not want it and it redirects my customers from my website.

Good app. Only problem I have is it takes time to load the script for the track order button to appear in my track order page.
