I am not using because I´ve decided to install later. when my store is fully operational. So I can not provide a feedback right now.

Not Really FREE. Its $0.5/ship, very expensive!! You will lost lots of money while your business growth. It is MISLEADING! Beware, you should pay $0.5/shipment from the beginning. 50 shipment, ypu pay $25, 100 shipment then you pay $50, very expensive!

Makes great looking tracking pages. Support were helpful Does not support UK's biggest carrier: Royal Mail. After cancelling weeks ago + removing the app. Aftership has proceeded to deduct money for the new monthly period : OCT 6, 2019 – NOV 5, 2019.

Overall it's a pretty good app that can help your website gain credibility and offer better service to customers. You can get a well-designed tracking page (as opposed to the rather messy design of other tracking apps) and a track button free of charge, and also send email notifications for an affordable price of 9$ per month. I give it 4 stars and not 5, because I'm still missing some significant things on the app: 1. Tracking can't be done inside your store, but only in an external page. 2. The tracking page doesn't have a map, which is an essential feature in other tracking apps. 3. The track button's colour or font can't be customized to fit your theme. 4. In the tracking page you can only link social media profiles on Facebook and Twitter - not on Instagram (unless you display your IG feed within the tracking page) or any other platform. 5. It just doesn't give you enough flexibility in general when it comes to designing the tracking page. You can't decide where your Instagram feed would appear. In the "marketing assets" sections you can only put static images, nothing else. You can't enter free text in one of those sections. There's no feature of product recommendations in the tracking page (unless you pay extra money for Aftership's partner app Nosto). If some of these features are added/improved, I might give the app 5 stars.

Only works with USPS. The orders get sync with Deutsche Post, but the status remains "pending". Useless for any one outside of the US.

So far so good. it's not perfect, but I think it might be a little more useful than other tracking solutions, mainly because it is a semi-branded experience. A few things I would like to see: better customisation of the 2 provided templates including changing that limited markdown header/footer box and perhaps just using HTML(?), being able to customise the default tracking information text (bad English grammar), being able to style the notification emails esp with a logo and branded colours, better back-linking to the Shopify store from every order (such as a Shopify order number link in the back end that opens the order within Shopify). Thanks, I think it's worth exploring to see if it calms my customers down when presented with the initial "Tracking not found" issue which is my biggest gripe with Dropshipping in general.

AfterShip is doing an amazing job, but I can't upgrade my plan because I don't make any sales yet. when I make sale i'll come back to upgrade my plan.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO DON'T CARE AT ALL. APP DOES NOT TRACK PARCEL, NO TUTORIAL, HARD TO USE, PIECE OF GARBAGE APP I DON"T KNOW HOW THE HELL THEY GOT 4.8 RATING !!!!

does not work you search for the tracking number and it just says not found so no good here .......

The application needs you to enable appropriate couriers within the active courier list of your AfterShip account. You can check or else, please share your availability so that we can provide a demo to help you how this can be done.

Had Issues with the app related to Custom Tracking Link and Language preference but Customer Support was eventually able to fix it.

AVOID IF YOU ARE UK BASED! NO ROYAL MAIL SUPPORT! DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED! (Changed my original review as requested by the Aftership support team. They have been helpful processing a refund for the financial cost. However, they will not be able to refund me for the lost time in setting all of this up, so still 1* for providing inaccurate information. I will refuse to change from 1* review for the reason that you offer a service which did not work and wasted approximately 4 hours+ of my time. Other users have the right to know this.) AVOID IF YOU ARE UK BASED! NO ROYAL MAIL SUPPORT! DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!

It was easy to integrate this app with my shopify store. Really love that they give a tracking page with our shop URL and also can design the tracking page with insta feed and some other marketing assets. Only pain point was that they don't offer language translation for updates. So if you are shipping from China and that company doesn't offer updates in English, your tracking page will display updates in Chinese but not English. Other than, everything else is good and would rate 5 if not for that. Also, their customer service was great and quickly solved any issues I had.

The app no longer supports the E Packet and I have contacted their support and 7 days later, I have not yet heard back from them. I won't sign up for their pay plan if their solution does not work and they don't even care to respond to an email!

如果用了有的后悔去吧。首先你的物流信息并不会全部显示,只有满足三个条件的物流信息才会显示,哪三个条件我忘了,然后联系技术人员解决点事情,竟然回着回着就不回信息了。反正我这里是大概只显示了不到四分之一的物流信息,别说我打广告,我用TrakingMore也是信息显示不齐全,但是我联系客服人员和技术人员,人家很耐心的帮我给解决完了,AfterShip$99只给了2000个条数然后还得先扣款,不合适的话即使卸载了,钱也扣掉了,Tracking More$20却给了2500个条数,而且还是后付费的。说实话如果有零个星星我会给零个星星的评价。给一个星的评价都是高的。真的是垃圾。垃圾。垃圾。重要的事情说三遍。

Some tracking is not updated. I use Thailand Post and even though it says "delivered" on Thailand Post official website, on Aftership it's barely updated anything. This happens to some tracking numbers. Support wasn't useful and said it's correct, even though it clearly isn't. I still like Aftership, but you have to double check your tracking.

Support didn't assist, and couriers even with paid plan show the same 4 and haven't updated after purchasing.

This app worked really well until about 1 month ago. For no reason it decided to not track parcels and not email customers with tracking numbers. When we needed support... all we got was a false hope promise that they were look into the problem. We have waited over a month and have decided to move on to a more reliable app. UPDATE I have changed my original score from 2 stars to 4 stars. The support people really made the difference with this issue. They were in constant contact with us and even had a personal call to help us work through the issue. While the fault was not their doing (Australia Post made some changes but didn't notify anyone), it did take too long, too many emails and a poor review before it became a priority to fix the issue. We are back on track thanks to the Aftership support team.

Please provide more information on how to setup the app so that tracking codes can work on it. Otherwise, it is user-friendly to use.
