Please provide more information on how to setup the app so that tracking codes can work on it. Otherwise, it is user-friendly to use.

This app support is ridiculous. Anurag Pal, the lazy guy that dont want to help me with any of my problems. His words "AfterShip is just a tracking app, contact your courier for support"

Great app overall needs some improvements, but does the job for tracking customers packages on your site. Does everything you'd expect from a major shippers tracking apps. Very well done app we are happy with it on our store. inflatablefunwarehouse.com

The app is easy easy to set up. Still feeling my way around though. I like the fact I was able to make a separate page for my customers to track packages on my website. ( included in the free package) Also 100 free tracks monthly. Great for someone just starting out. I do recommend the app. Makes it easier on the customer and me.

It is ok but the track my order page on my site always says tracking doesn't exist. Not sure how I can fix it

so far, not easy to use App. I don't find the way to have automatic sync the tracking information but only manually update, that should be something hold back.

I have used the app now for 6 orders and it works great. Easy to install and great support videos on how it works and configurations.

It's way overpriced. Support is a joke. Doesn't have any feature that you can't find elsewhere for half price and better support.

I use this app to help keep with with customer's tracking information. It helps me a lot by cutting down on customer's inquiries about their product(s) when being shipped.

Great app in theory. I like that I can easily track all my shipments from a single dashboard and have a custom URL with my shop name as a subdomain. However I don't like that the app is disjointed. If I click on the app in Shopify, I am taken to my aftership admin portal, which is only useful to see store connections. I then have to navigate from there to my aftership webapp - once you finally get there we then have another problem... Aftership doesn't seem to support Aliexpress Standard Shipping carrier with a 'DP' prefix or Fedx starting with '91' (which is what I use the most) and even other carriers such as China EMS (ePacket) which does seem to work, I do not get as much tracking detail as I would on Cainiao. Or maybe its just me and I haven't set it up correctly. I'll eat my words if someone from aftership can show me how to make this work as I expect!

I'm still learning to use this app, but until now I'm happy with the same. I just want to automate the return and exchange process. To save some time it is best to use something like this. So, now I just have to click some options and done.

The app do the job for my dropshipping store, huge selection of carrier. Some are missing, but still an efficient app. I do recommend !

My store is still new and so I haven't started using the app live, but the support from the team have been exceptional with ensuring my store is ready for launch. Keep it up guys. Can’t wait to launch
