Fantastic app that makes things a lot easier. Takes some time to set up but great once it is. Highly recommended :)

I'm glad i installed aftership! It's helped me track my shipments better and it's taken away some of the headache i've had trying to keep track of everything. Recommend this app to anyone looking to make their shipment tracking that much easier!

Nice Application. I would like to give 5 Stars. But there are 4 because i'm not able to track AliExpress Standard Shipping. I use that Currier to ship to switzerland, because e-packet takes too long. To ship to switzerland, AliExpress Standard Shipping is similar in price to e-package, but faster delivery.

Good app. Serves its purpose and is easy to use. I don't like the hovering bar telling you to leave a review every time you log in...while I understand the purpose, it is annoying.

Under no circumstances should anyone ever use this app. They have very sleazy business practices and you will end up paying more than what they reflect in their packages. When you may go over a certain rate, they will hide that from you so you begin to incur higher charges and your bill becomes outrageous. You'll be lucky if they even send invoices to you, which they don't because they are hiding the excess billing from their customers. I've used Shopify for several years and this is the #1 sleaziest app I've encountered. Save yourself and do not use Aftership.

The app is very simple to use and can track multiple shipments with all the detail a click away. I would recommend it

helpful app but expensive and keeps asking for a review! how annoying! IT NEVER STOPS ASKING FOR A REVIEW. THE POPUP CONSTANTLY COMES UP!

It could only get Parcel Force shipping information, no DPD, DPD does not work. Also there is no real time online chat support, which is pretty bad at this day and age!

I've been using Aftership for a few weeks and there are definitely pros and cons. Pros The pricing for the premium package is reasonable. I definitely enjoy having notifications sent to my customers. Also, an API that allows them to track their order(s) is great. Cons The dashboard summary is nowhere near being accurate - the tracking page shows deliveries happening a specific day while the dashboard does not account for them on that same day. Quite often, I have to add tracking information manually - when that happens, aftership will not capture the destination which makes reporting in this area useless. Although customer service responds in about 24 hours, I usually have to find the resolution to my problem without their help - I will say that I have only contacted them a few times. Overall, it's an average to maybe slightly below average service given that you have to pay for the important features which do not work perfectly. I admit, this is the only tracking app I've used so far. It has potential to be a great app but it's not there yet.

Have to sync with Oberlo. Added tracking info there and it didn't sync to your application. This needs to be done ASAP.

I've emailed them twice about my tracking site not working. When my customers would put in their tracking number it would say order does not exist. In the beginning it worked but now it just doesn't work. If they do not get back to me within 24 hours i will be uninstalling and installing a different app. None of our 5k + orders say no info. Why pay for this app if we have to send customer info because your system keep showing order does not exist but when i type in tracking into your site i get tracking or if i track using other sites it works but not on the app. Please fix my issue so I can get back to my business and not wasting my time sending customers there tracking info. 24 hours that all you get. I should get my money back you guys take my money and dont track my packages what going on here?

No bad at all (for free) however it does two things that I am having issues with: 1. Syncs with US time only - I do business globally and use other country couriers so the info is delayed. My customers recieve the package before they are notified by Aftership - 16 hours BEHIND my customer time zone. 2. They hound you for a review on the app so that you cannot even use it! The banner each and every time covers my mobile devices and is extremely irritating when you quickly need to just check some info. Really annoying to remove, I am writing this review in hopes it stops. 3. Cannot edit any tracking number mistakes, must go back through Shopify. Decent folks and not a bad app at all, just those issues - the badgering review request is the worst part to deal with.
