Recommended. Good App, however we have had some issues with courrier auto selection, one of the couriers is not being picked up, others are being picked up correctly, trying to resolve

So far not happy with Customer Support.. I've sent 2 emails in 2 days with no response.. I like the App in general.. Shows many features for the free version

It is easy to use and sync, but it's a little difficult to see all shipment information at once.

Great product, downside is that I use Oberlo to fulfill my orders, and as a result the shipping carrier is set to "Other" which does not play well with AfterShip. I use Shopify's built in emails for fulfillment, and I use aftership for delivery notifications. So I need it to be Other to send the client the correct aftership tracking URL.

We have found this app very easy to understand and use. It allows us to keep track of very detailed information regarding our shipments and customers.When our sales increase we will upgrade our subscription and are sure this app will work perfect for our needs. The team is attentive and open to help with our inquiries.I would recommend this app for anyone new to tracking shipments.

OK. Here's the thing. This app has saved us a lot of time and stress. It has also helped to give our customers some peace of mind which is crucial. So far we're loving this app. It is going to really come into it's own this Christmas season. *Update* Still getting good service from tis app. Since we started using it we have no customers get in touch with us asking where their packages are. Which is great because they are at ease since they know where there packages are.

Look, we love Aftership but coming from Wordpress + Woocommerce to Shopify was a slight disappointment with the integration. We only say this because we use some Chinese couriers like China Post, EMS, S.F. Express etc... When selecting "other" it actually populates it as a TNT # or Fedex #. They do have a work around for this which has been explained. You would enter their shortcode like... China-Ems#_________CN manually. While slightly annoying it does still get the job done and relays to the premium customer notification service perfectly fine. Besides this minor inconvenience that is the "other" feature, aftership still rocks!

Great app..worked well for me ;used for Indian domestic couriers -current 3 hours auto sync should have been for 1 hour.

After ship is a great tool. I would love to be able to potentially link multiple waybills to 1 after ship tracking item. So if I get a shipment that includes multiple orders, I can put the 1 tracking number that gets all of the products to my shop on the tracking page, and then "update" that same tracking link with a new tracking number that will be the waybill number from my HQ to the customer. Also, I would love to be able to trigger API events to happen as soon as a product gets marked as "delivered". I want to integrate with a company called Picup which is essentially a local courier company. As soon as the waybill gets marked as delivered, that will make a new "picup" request which will notify a picup driver that the item is ready to be picked up. Possible? Thanks, Rob

I had a tested the application and it was able to point me to the right direction! I was able to track my order and now I am waiting for it to arrive. This application is cool! I will recommend this application 100% Thanks Aftership for a nice app.

Seems to work well. Aftership website could do with a bit more functionality to allow admin tasks. Had the problem that after importing 200 tracking details it then asked us as part of the setup to create email alerts, when you do this it then says you need to upgrade to the premium service. That is fair enough but it then doesn't send the email alerts out to customers as you had imported the tracking details before upgrading. A bit stupid and no way to resend alerts. To make matters worse there is then no bulk way to delete tracking numbers, so that you can reimport them and the system will send out email alerts to customers. In the end we had to delete each one manually which took about 1hr. A hassle and waste of time but now seems to be working well.

Great app, good looking and easy to use. Installed on Shopify and connected to autoimport tracking numbers shows to do what it promises. It allows to add to the store an element which makes it more practical and professional, with benefits both the customer and the seller that does not waste more time on the phone... I read that it would be appreciated for the translation in additional languages , I think it would be useful to provide a template to fill out , I would do it today for the Italian.
