This app is very useful for tracking orders all at once! The support team is amazing, and they're always willing to help. We have used this app for so long now, and we can't imagine doing business without it! We also love the fact that it links with Judge.me, and Klaviyo making the purchase journey for our customers smooth as possible. We would give 100 stars if possible. Love it! Support was very helpful with setup. Haven't used the app itself much, but I'm excited to dig deeper.

Não recomendo. Estou tentando falar com o suporte, porém sem retorno. Foi feita uma cobrança exorbitante no meu cartão no valor de USD 413,80 para 1 MÊS sendo que nem fiz upgrade do plano, nem vendas.

It does what it promises but my last interaction with the support was horrendous. They try to answer your message with whatever they can to be the last word on the chat but nothing is actually resolved. That just forces you to be answering an infinity conversation of "I'll take a look", "thank you", "you are welcome", and "ok,"... until they bounce you to the next colleague. Its torture. Total $H!T show. So far there's no option for an APP that I'm aware of that does the same but I'll move away from them if I could.

Very good support helped us over 1 hour to solve our issue. Highly recommend Aftership to send shipping notifications to your customers.

Very well suited for large quantities of shipping units with different shipping service providers. Fast and competent customer service. Generally also very good for analyses of the shipments.

Very bad customer support. I wanted to get a refund becuase I paid for the app 1 hour ago and haven't used it at all. And I hope I will not get charged $11 + $44 in additional charges for this. If I do, I will make anything possible to get my money back. Very poor customer service, extremley pure. I had to ask 10 times for a refund for them to understand what I want.
Excellent customer service, they helped me solve an issue within minutes. Highly recommend this app.
