The app has many great features, so far I find AFterShip very helpful & useful. I needed help with changing some data to match up with my business info and the customer service rep. was very helpful and showed me what to do. I like that you have the ability to edit features within the app. All in all, good customer service, easy solution, useful app!

The Technician Rahul provided me with excellent customer service and troubleshooting assistance. He was able to pinpoint my issue and resolve it very quickly. He also assisted me to get with getting set up for a demo to help my company understand all the other features of Aftership. We like the AfterShip app and we are excited to learn more about its other features.

Aftership is a fantastic service for those looking to provide their customers with a better tracking experience. Was easy to install, quick to set up, and when contacting customer support to remove the app download prompt, Aseem was able to complete the request in under a minute - very impressed.

Aftership is very easy to use and helps our both us and our customers stay up to date on the status of shipments. Aftership also has excellent integration with Klaviyo for sending email updates to customers.
