was very informative and clear. there was a connection issue but overall very good. he was very calm and kind. i think if you could speak a little slower that would of been better but overall a wonderful experience

A member of the customer service team, Harsh, handled my issue swiftly. It's not always easy to get hold of someone when you need them, but AfterShip make it easy.

Very good order tracking application. Overall satisfied and very responsive customer service. The only flaw is that to remove the aftership links at the bottom of the page, you have to subscribe to the premium plan.

OMG! Pratibha was so Awesome! She was able to answer all of my concerns and direct me to support to get my issues resolved. They literally walked me through step by step. It's super easy to use. We just switched from Magento to Shopify and this was probably the easiest part of that transition.

carrier matching rarely work properly. Support told me that they have fix it, but always same issue.
