Great app, helping us track all our shipment. Easy to use!

Wow! AfterShip truly makes life easy! All you do is fulfill your orders, with tracking numbers (whether it's manually, Oberlo or Shopified) and AfterShip takes over. You can completely customize the notifications it sends to customers. Not just the look and feel of the e-mail and texts, but even the timeliness of them. You can FORCE AfterShip to load a tracking number, or have it load in a whole string of them via .CSV file (useful for loading in tracking numbers already existing in your system when you first install the program). My customer service requests have plummeted since AfterShip was installed. No more "Where's my order?" They already know! Plus, AfterShip customer support is amazingly fast, quick, and easy to understand! Wonderful app! ****UPDATE.. After 18 months of using, AfterShip is still my go-to app. It works so incredibly seamlessly and takes no effort on my part whatsoever. Customers continue to leave comments how they love receiving the tracking information (both via e-mail and text messaging). One of the best apps I know of!

This app does a great job at notifying our customers about their packages from multiple fulfillment centers. Best of all it can notify us about exceptions before they become a problem. It really makes us look good! Would highly recommend it.

The application links to all of our courier services in Australia which is great. Saves time and keeps our customers well informed about deliveries. Nice clean interface and seems reliable so far. OK. Here's the thing. This app has saved us a lot of time and stress. It has also helped to give our customers some peace of mind which is crucial. So far we're loving this app. It is going to really come into it's own this Christmas season. *Update* Still getting good service from tis app. Since we started using it we have no customers get in touch with us asking where their packages are. Which is great because they are at ease since they know where there packages are.

We have used this app for about 10 months and in the last 2 months we decided to go to the pay model for email and sms notifications. A couple positive changes: 1) The SMS notifications get directly to your customer and this really sets us apart from many of our competitors. 2) The SMS allows us to give last minute tips & reminders for customers to get a better experience out of our products 3) We have had alot of customers screen shot the SMS notifications (on delivery) to show their excitement that their package is en route. General Questions to ask if this is for you: -I started with more SMS notification points (on pickup/on delivery/on receipt) and I found the SMS optimal point was at delivery/on exception as it kept costs down but worked well with the email notifications as they could provide more in depth communication -Make sure you review all of your apps/ecommerce/shipping software to make sure customers are not getting too may emails so they do not have overload hit -I think it is a great practise to notify customers in the delivery receipt that you will follow-up with them with a quick review email in 1-2 weeks time. We did this and it increased our review frequency. This was an interesting result as the review frequency increased and more in depth and helpful feedback (positive and negative but mostly constructive) All and all, a great app, integrates well, easy to use, and I will say it is definitely unique and worth the money.

Fantastic service, and a very useful app to keep customers (and store owners) informed of delivery progress. Definitely recommend that all stores offer the service, especially for what little they charge!

by far the best app. hands down the best- it takes care of everything- emails and sms. But i think the sms service is on the expensive side.

Aftership is exactly what I was looking for and more! It's nice that they offer a free plan, but the premium plan is very affordable. If you use shipping service, you have to have this app.

I recently got super frustrated with the lack of being able to track packages in one clean place. Occasionally, I run into package delays or errors and I wished I had a screen that would display all my packages in one clean UI and simultaneously allow me to get a better overview of my stores shipping times. I struggled to find an app or a site that would do this easily. Then I found AfterShip. It's absolutely fantastic, not only that but even though I'm using the free version, the company added a custom API pretty much just for me so I could track international packages that ship though APC postal logistics. This app and their customer support is on point and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Because of them, I get up to the minute updates on all my packages and I can notify customers immediately that theres an issue to reduce returns/complaints about possibly slow shipping times. It's wonderful!
