A+ for the app, D- for the support. Love the functionality of the app, BUT for as critical and time-sensitive a function as communicating with customers about their shipping information -- especially at the holidays -- the developer should offer more and better support than e-mail only a day later than when you need help. Also, the YouTube videos are out of date. We'll keep using it...and hoping we don't need timely help.

This app does a great job at notifying our customers about their packages from multiple fulfillment centers. Best of all it can notify us about exceptions before they become a problem. It really makes us look good! Would highly recommend it.

We would definitely recommend Aftership to anybody wanting to offer streamlined, automated shipping advice to their customers. The application links to all of our courier services in Australia which is great. Saves time and keeps our customers well informed about deliveries. Nice clean interface and seems reliable so far.
