Amazing app - very likely to have helped Germany winning the World Cup! (And makes shipping management easier and enables far better customer service).

This app works wonders! We can customize the different notifications to our brand using their premium service. It automatically knows when we have new orders and imports them every 3 or so hours. After that, emails are sent out to our customers about their order and the status of it. We also like how it has 1 place to track packages through multiple carriers, which makes it easy for international and UPS Mail Innovations packages. There is no need to go to multiple websites to track a shipment. There could be improvement on the time for the order importer, maybe 1 hour instead of 3 hours. It would also be nice to have the tracking button/widget follow the responsiveness of our website. The url that Aftership supplies us could have room for us to style it according to our brand colors/theme. Other than those few minor things, this app is great.

AfterShip, even in free mode, is a great way to view shipping status of ALL orders simultaneously. Great help for any WebStore manager with too many shipments to check the status of each individual order. Highly recommended.

Integration with Shopify and couriers have done a world of good for our tracking of our shipments. Can't imagine tracking getting any better than this. Awesome app.

So far good, the process of integrating it in the checkout is a bit unclear but over all its a good app.

I'm extremely frustrated with the "support" for this app. I've used over a year and when I went to check on an order only then did I notice that I was being forced to pick a monthly payment plan. Ok fine, I had a balance of $23.00 so I tried to pick their Essential plan. I got an error and it would not allow it stating that I had a credit balance. Okaayy...so I contact "support" and I'm told to remove the app and reinstall and add a credit card since they stopped using Paypal. I did ALL of those things, still got the error to contact support which I did again. So I log into my account and they charged me an additional $10.00 within hours (I already had a credit balance of $23 and now it's $33.00. Support is of no help whatsoever. They talk in circles and will keep charging without an option to upgrade nor get your credit back. I've reported this issue to Shopify as well as removing the app. NOT worth the upgrade whatsoever. Oh and if you decide to close your account because you're in an endless loop of not being able to upgrade nor getting help from support they get to "keep" your money. --- I asked Shopify to help with the issue and they forwarded me back to the developer who again went around in circles never actually answering my questions or addressing the issue. At this point they can keep the $20. I will never recommend nor use this app again.

ANOTHER UPDATE: THIS. APP. RULES. PERIOD. I honestly could not be happier with this app, I think it's a game changer and 100% recommend it to everyone I can. Andrew, one of the Founders, is a Class Act and super smart guy, and always gets back to me on very quick timing. My customers RAVE about the emails I send alerting them to the Status of their Shipments, and it gives us a chance to reinforce marketing messages to them. Keep up the great work guys. Ray Doustdar www.buiced.com INITIAL REVIEW: Overall, the concept of the App is excellent and something that I think is potentially an incredible value add to my shipping process at www.buiced.com. I currently use ShipStation as my solution for shipping my orders (they are excellent by the way), and so I feel like my process is very efficient. But, they do NOT communicate with my customers after sending the initial email that says their Liquid Multivitamin has shipped. I think this App could fill that role, and then allow more touch points with my customers so they rest assured that their product is coming to them. The installation was very easy, although for some reason it did NOT show up in my Apps section on my Dashboard right away. But it did pull the CURRENT orders that and NOT been delivered, and it was cool the way it showed all the steps that had taken place. I emailed the developers and suggested maybe a 14 Day Free Trail to really test out all the aspects, but regardless I plan on giving this a run. That would have made me give this 5 Stars, but again, it seems like a great App and worth seeing if it can help you track stuff, and also be a nice thing for your customers. UPS has something along these lines called MyChoice I think, and Amazon also it feels like sends me a few emails keeping me up to date as to the status of my Order. I have installed this app just two weeks ago and am still using the free version. So far I am very impressed with the ease of use and service over all. I am especially delighted, since Aftership is from Hong Kong, as we are. Great job! I look forward to use this more and more. As soon as I have figured out how I want to run the whole customer experience on my store, I might upgrade to premium.

Just installed this promising app... It seems to be able to answer our need for French shipments tracking, with Collissimo and Chronopost both being included in its tracking.
