Should have installed this earlier. Straightforward easy to use. The team explained it well. You can search for order number/customer name when presented with a tracking number that has issue which shopify is unable to search/index. Display recent tracking status in a list. Customers are updated from time to time via email. Gets to upsell via email. You can also edit the interface. Cool

Edit: I still have loads of issues with Aftership, for weeks I have not been able to track my orders. Support always seemed to make excuses and ended up saying it was solved but it wasn't. Old: Having some issues with the app, current Postal Service not updating the details through this app. Support team has been kind and seems to be working hard to get this issue solved.

Ankit helped explain which merge tag I should use in my email notifications, and he also offered to remove the AfterShip branding free of charge since I am an established customer, no upgrades necessary!

The app cannot fully customize by myself, some of the feature is limited to be customize and manually setup.

The app solves a very important problem. Customer service is very friendly and patient, but their response to enquiries feels scripted rather than a staff that is supremely knowledgable and knows the build of their app inside out. I also wish that the documentation for how to use the app was a little bit better. The Youtube videos on their channel seem to leave a lot of information out. Overall not a bad experience. I am still new to using the app, so i may return with a different review.
